I'm going to have to go with Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. Don't get me wrong, I love Final Fantasy Tactics, but Advance was just more accessible to me. Plus, I plugged 60+ hours into Advance, and only about 30 into FFT.

I plan to get A2 the day it comes out. I know it'll be more like Advance, so I can be sure I'll enjoy it. I probably won't like it as much as Advance though, some of the changes they made bug me.

That would be correct; you learn abilities from equipment like the last game.

Story of FFTA wasn't very good, I agree. However the job system and skills were all fun, if not a bit dumbed down from FFT. It's still good though, and I'm really looking forward to this game :3
