Which games would you like SE to remake for "today"'s consoles/handhelds? - Page 3

Brave Fencer Musashi could make a tasty remake. (any BFM fans will get the pun)

Musashi Samurai Legend was dissapointing, so I think a remake should be done that does it justice.

Anyway:
The Parasite Eve games would make a nice addition for PSP. Maybe even the old Mana games or even Threads of Fate.....but I think Mana would have a better fate on DS. It certainly isn't your average RPG....
Hmmm...what about other Enix titles, not just Square? Like that one Grandia game that was on Game Boy *coughColorcough*.....that'd be a nice DS addition....

Shit, that's right. Now that I look at it, I don't know what the hell it's doing in that post. I think I was just naming off most of the RPGs I played on the PSone, with one or two on the SNES thrown in.

Grandia sucks donkey balls. If there is any justice in the world, Soul Blazer should get a sequel. I could live with a Terranigma remake, though.

...but do you know what would really kick ass? Another Actraiser game.

I agree with another Actraiser game, that would be cool. But I disagree with Grandia sucking. G2 was really good imo except there wasn't much exploration, G3 was marginal but had a good battle system.

Grandia holds the record for the most annoying cast ever. I was five minutes into the game, and I already wanted Justin to die horribly.

xDD I've never played the first Grandia...only the second and third one...and the second one is the only good one in the series. It has the best story, best main hero, and the battle system wasn't that much worse than Grandia 3's

I would want a ff7 remake. I think that that is the only game that actually NEEDS a remake. There are many huge fans for it (including me) that would buy it so Nomura would just be swimming in cash with. It would also open up the sequal to people who haven't played it before, and since it's such an amazing story, they would feel to need to buy Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus. But those are my ideas.

Those are the very reasons it should not be remade. If you want people to experience FFVII, tell them to buy the original. You can find that anywhere nowadays.

I think Final Fantasy IX DEFINITELY deserves one. Zidane broke away from the mold of all the other heroes. He actually lived in the story. I liked that there was actually a hero in a Final Fantasy game that was sarcastic and funny. It'd have to be done on PSP in my opinion.
