1. Wrong forums, belongs in the SE part
2. It's a movie coming out on DVD and UMD for the PSP. There will be a limted edition DVD at release, is unknown if there will be a limited edition UMD.

Actually it will be playable on a DVD player as well. It is a DVD movie after all, and it has not been said it will only be playable on the PS2 so dont give wrong information.
