Chrono Trigger, Help me!

I need help on the older game called Chrono Trigger. I just got a the Chrono Trigger and I've returned to the present fair where I'm supposed to find someone or something that's a clone or doll of Chrono. Where can I find it? Would someone please list all the steps I must do to revive Chrono?

This is actually pretty simple. Just collect 40 silver points and go into the tent on the right side of the first area. Then talk to the guy in there and you'll have to play a game where you copy the moves a Crono clone makes. Depending on how long you keep up, you'll have to pay a certain amount for the clone. (BTW, you might not need the 40 silver points)

I've gotten past that part now, and I'm trying to complete all the little side quests before I fight Lavos. There's two of them that confuse me, 1: The woman trying to save the forest in the middle Ages, I've cleaned that hole up in the desert of the monsters, yet when I talk to the Guru of Time he says it still needs to be done when I go to the present the forest is not there. What else must I do to revive the forest? 2: Ghost slayed by Magnus in the Middle Ages, I can't beat the ghost in the present so I go to the past to the middle ages. There's nothing there in the castle, so how can I solve this ghost problem? Also, where's this stone Guru of Time keeps talking about that supposed to shine through all generations?

ok. For the forest quest, you have to go back to the middle ages and leave Robo at Fiona's to farm the land. Try to save after this in case you screw up the next part. Return in the present to find Robo in a shrine. Lucca will have to fix him, and everyone will camp out. Lucca will wake up in the middle of the night. Walk to the right to find a special time portal. She'll appear in her room in the past. Go down the stairs and then out the southern door. To avoid spoilers, I'll just say something bad happens. Run to the shining dot & check it. Then you'll be asked to put in the password. Depending on the version you're playing(PSX or SNES), you'll press buttons in a certain order(PSX:L1,Circle,R1,Circle.SNES:L,A,R,A). The event will pretty much play out by itself after that.

No help for quest 2? No matter what kind of techniques I try, it doesn't hurt the knight in the present and when I go back to the castle in the past, I find nothing there.

Sorry about the break between advice. Alright, for problem#2, head to the Cafe in Choras in the middle ages. Talk to the guy drinking at a table. He'll talk about missing tools. Then go to the same place in the present and talk to his descendant. His wife has his tools. She lives in a house to the south of the Cafe. She will give you his tools. Take them back to the middle ages carpenter. Follow him back to his house and he'll go to the ruins. Then go inside. He says you need to defeat all the ghosts before he can do more work. Beat all of the ghosts, but don't open any chests. Check the black sealed ones, but don't open them. That way, they'll be upgraded in the present. Then go back and hire the carpenter for 2000G and he'll repair the place more. Now make Frog your leader and go downstairs. You will find Cyrus's grave, Frog will talk to him, and the Masamune will be upgraded. Go pay the carpenter again, and he will finish his fix-up job. Go to the present, and loot the treasure. Then return to the past and get the treasure again.

Now. The third quest(the stone): go to the future, and check the map(select). Fly to the island in the most southern part of the world. Equip your characters with things that reseist or absorb fire. Inside the Sun Palace, you will fight a creature surround by flames. Attack(normal attacks only,no magic!) each flame, one at a time. When you hit any flame but the correct one, the center thing will retaliate. When you hit the correct one, the middle thing takes damage. Keep hitting that flame till the middle thing switches them around. Then you have to figure out which flame is correct again. After you beat it, grab the moon stone and leave. Go to Ayla's time, and go to the northeasternmost continent. Go in the Sun Shrine and place the stone in the light beam. Return to the future and find that same place and the stone won't be there. Return there in the present, and it's still missing. Go to the Mayor's house in Porre to see a shining light. Talk to the mayor, and he won't admit to taking the stone. Go to this same house in the middle ages to find that the elder's wife needs some Jerky. Go to the Snail Stop in the Present(it's right by the mayor's house), and the barkeeper will sell you jerky for 9,990G. Take it to the woman in the past and give it away for free. The mayor in the present will be more generous and give you the stone back. Return it to the shrine(still in the present), then go back to the future version of the sun shrine with Lucca in your party and she will take it back to the present, where you'll get some stuff made from the Sun Stone.
