Arrow Final Fantasy Versus XIII
Since all of the limelight is on FFXIII right now, and will be for a while considering that Versus and Agito are still quite a ways off, I'm splitting up these threads to allow a more focused discussion.

which, like Sham said, won't be for a very long time.

it hasn't even showed up in Japan yet, tack on the 5 month wait (and by wait i mean have a fully translated and voice overed version to sit on)

Versus is like a rehash mix of FF7, FF8, and KH/KH2, featuring crystals.

But it's so dark and it's a PS3 exclusive!

Well so far my interest happen to be in whatever the characters powers are. So far i've been intrigued by the motor sword transportation.




The main character is slightly different from past characters by Nomura, which thankfully, Zippers aren't flying everywhere.



and the battles kinda look like something out of Lost Odyssey



from the symbols located behind the characters posted in the pictures above, i can only assume that his element of power happens to be a use of multiple swords simultaneously, while the other character who's symbol sort of holds numerical symbols within itself may control time or something rather.

So does anyone know what gameplay is going to be like, turn based ect? Or hasn't any information like that been let out yet.

Forgive me, i have a lack of knowledge with this game.

I think mostly everyone does, but as far as turn based battle, i wouldn't think so, considering Nomura's tastes we'll be roaming freely much like KH, FFXII, and FXIII.
