Rep Power: 4 ![]() Level: EXP: | Yep. Fun game but requires a fair amount of grinding for leveling. |

| Dual Wielder | A marvellous game, I'd definitely reccomend it... though as jazznam said, grinding is pretty much a requisite. The game is a real challenge and I don't mean that lightly - you will get creamed repeatedly if you don't take the time to level. That aside, the artwork and graphics are eternally endearing and the characters are (by and large) not God-awfully annoying; plus the voice acting is decent. The storyline's also pretty engaging - nothing too complicated, but certainly no slouch. |

| Dual Wielder | yeah the game will kick your ass you have to be on your feet every battle even if you have faced the monsters a million times. |

| Premium Member | If you're in to an old-school RPG with some polish, this game is for you. I really enjoyed pumping hours into this game, just because of the charm the series has kept strong all these years. |

| I don't like you. | This was the best game ever. Nice, long storyline, decent plot twists, etc. I'd definitely recommend this than any other DQ game. |

Rep Power: 7 ![]() Level: 15 EXP: | Definately a great experience. Its kind of refreshing to say the least. The story is also satisfying. Not drastically overwhelming but its great and it meshes well with the experience. It has its fair share of plot twists. Mini games are fun and there's a lot of things to do afterwards. Sometimes I just turn the game on to just walk by the beach near the port city in the morning. That's how much a positive affect it will have on you. |

| Been there, destroyed that. | Hasn't grinding always been a main part of the Dragon Quest games? I mean, in the DQ games on DS... especially Hand of the Heavenly Bride, I have to grind like hell.... and I'm fighting all the battles, never running. Great games though, I wanna try VIII on ps2... |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() Currently playing: The Sims, KH1, KH2, KH 358/2 Days, and Pokemon based games Level: 23 EXP: | One of my favorite games made by Square Enix. I just loved the whole outline of the game, the fights, using alchemy to construct new items out from ones you have. Of course you have to make sure you don't get rid of any items that may be useful for alchemy in the near future of the game. Trust me I made that mistake a couple of times. But other then that, the storyline and gameplay is pretty decent. Wish the other DQ games were the same as this one. |
