Question Help with a purchasing decision?

hello everyone. there's a couple of games i've been wanting to get but i'm not exactly full of money.

-Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift
-The World Ends With You
-Chrono Trigger

they're all quite appealing to me. what can i say, i love RPGs. but does anyone have any recommendations on how one is better than the others? hopefully there's people out there that have played two or three of them.

I've played A2 and TWEWY, and TWEWY is one of my favorite games ever. So, go with that one.

A2 is fun, but you can't really play it straight. And Chronotrigger is a classic so I don't know what to do for your second one, but go with TWEWY first.

I'd definitely go with TWEWY, undoubtedly one of the greatest DS games out there, if not the greatest.

I've heard good things about TWEWY... but also Chrono Trigger. Not much 'bout A2 though... but, I'll just say it's more or less your desicion, and it's about what you like in an RPG I suppose.

what do you mean by "play it straight"? i loved the original tactics advance so i'd prolly like A2. my only concern about CT is that i might not be into the whole retro thing :/.

what's so appealing about TWEWY that makes it your favorite?

I mean, I can only play A2 in bits. I played it for a few days, then didn't pick it up for a while.

on TWEWY... where to begin?
The story is engrossing. The use of Pins as attacks is unique, and allows for almost infinite ways of attacking. While there is leveling up by fighting, you have to most of the stats by buying food, patronizing stores unlocks you so much stuff...and there isn't really any random encounters. You choose WHEN to fight. So if I want to buy something, I can just scurry to the store and not worry about a monster attack.

Basically, you can just go ahead an barrel on through the game, but after the game and during opens so much options for continuing to play.

Also, the battle system is completely addictive. I can play for hours and not mind.

Chrono Trigger has 15 different endings I believe, amazing story, and great music, and characters that you will love.

Tactics A2 is well... it's a strategy game.

TWEWY, IMO, just had story. I wasn't a fan of the whole Stylus only control, or the music.

If it was me, I'd go for CT.

TWEWY, no competition. i mean FF Tactics is fun, but TWEWY is revolutionary. (too much praise?)

OMG....15 different endings? are you serious?? lol. wow. story would deff be a plus for that one. so CT is your average old-school RPG right? like random encounters and the such, right?

so there wasn't much story to A2?? hmmm. i wonder if that would bother me.

see, if worried if I'll be confused and (the opposite of attracted, cant think of word) to the stylus control and battle system of TWEWY or enthralled by it.

I know it seems weird, but the game only really works with the stylus. The Pins are activated by different things you do. Blwing in the mike, making circles, slashing across characters...

Not random encounters. You see the enemies, and you can choose to fight them if you want. If you do, that's what you'll fight, on low occasions they'll be like 1 or 2 more than join the fight out of no where, but they're not much tougher than the ones you're fighting originally.

TWEWY was good, but A2 was engrossing. Hundreds of hours of gameplay. CT is also good if you haven't played it before.

The World Ends With You, it's a great and addicting game; I dunno, something 'bout A2 got me disinterested halfway through playing it, and I already have Chrono Trigger.
