Lightbulb Square-Enix's New MMO to be revealed at E3 2009.

"Scuttlebutt Around The Industry suggets that Square Enix will finally unveil the follow-up to their almost 7 year-old massively multiplayer online RPG, Final Fantasy XI, at this June's E3 convention in Los Angeles. It's designed to coexist with (i.e., not replace) Square's long-running MMO, and FFXI Producer Hiromichi Tanaka tells us that the "next-generation MMO that we're working on is going to be different than Final Fantasy XI. And even though we have the same staff working on the project, we're not going to make something that'll be exactly like FFXI." With Square Enix's next time-sink just over the horizon, we decided to compile a wish list of elements that Square's next MMO should add- while ditching a lot of the dead weight found in FFXI."

I read it already have issue, I was going to post it but didn't want to write all that down when no would read :D. So thanks to this guy.

. I can't wait, FFXI was great MMO when it came out it did so many things right(and wrong). I just sucked later on.

Glad there making a menu change. FFXI menu annoyed the hell out of me, lol.
.
I really have high hopes for this because the FFXI MMO devs make a great team.

Well, as long as it isn't too much like FFXI, it shouldn't be too horribly bad ;-;

I wonder if it will be like Guild Wars in that there is no fee other than the having to actually buy the thing.

Heres hoping its free....but it probably won't be.

Heres for a fee.. I hate MMO devs who do that.. You can ended up paying for more if you had too buy items.

One having everything open in game for is what I want.
