Final Fantasy 'Jobs' Discussion

If you have played the earlier Final Fantasies and Final Fantasy X-2 and XI, you know what I'm talking about. I was curious as to who else thought that this was one of the best fighting styles presented in the series. I think it is better then the established characters that specialize in one area, because you risk the chance of not needing them as much as the other characters, causing the less used character to be your weakest level and not dependable. I like utilizing all the characters.

So my favorite class: Berserker
Most useful: White Mage (duh)

So tell me your views on it! I would love to hear what others have to say :D

Singular classes are useful for the very story driven ones because it helps sculpt their personality (Like FF4)

But for other games (like 3) where the characters are not particularly individual nor do they really grow throughout the story the interchanging classes work well there.

X-2 is the anomuly.

i'm okay with characters limited to one job or many. i feel that a character with limited jobs makes them feel unique and useful in some way.

my favorite job/class are simply the black mages
i think the most useful job/class are the alchemists especially final fantasy x's rikku
