This is a confirmation that both Star Ocean PSP remakes will be coming over to the states, and that the Fabula Nova Crystallis titles will not be present at the event. The official press conference of the company will be held on July 14, right after Microsoft.

Update: The North American press release has revealed the release dates of both Star Ocean PSP remakes:

- Star Ocean: First Departure - October 21, 2008
- Star Ocean: Second Evolution - January 6, 2009

Both games will be released in Europe at an unknown date.

Update #2: The official press release does not list Star Ocean: The Last Hope as an Xbox 360 exclusive, unlike Infinite Undiscovery. It seems like the game will indeed be released on the PlayStation 3 eventually.

Notably missing are trailers for all three FFXIII titles, Kingdom Hearts titles, and Dragon Quest IX.

Sorry, I'm just too dam hyped. Hopefully the trailers will give us a taste of the new SO voices....

*ahem* I'm also looking very much forward to the Chrono Trigger DS port....but I might also add that they also left out on Valkyrie Profile: The Accused One for DS....

But who cares, there's STAR OCEANNNNNNN.

It said that when FFXIII is released in japan thats when they will start on the 360 version? If i read that right that would most likely mean that it might not be released right at the same time as the PS3s? I am not sure if i even read that right let alone i wonder what they are doing cause it is as iff they arent releasing a 360 FFXIII in Asia at all???

We'll probably see new footage of FFXIII at the Sony conference, but this is bad for the company. Microsoft is basically stealing a lot of their franchises. I could foresee older Final Fantasies coming onto Xbox live. Who knows? Maybe there'll be a Kingdom Hearts game on the Xbox 360.
