Now, to port Chrono Cross to the PSP....and STar Ocean Blue Sphere + Grandia Parallel Trippers (both originally on Gameboy Color) to DS....also, will this CT DS remake have any notable extras?

Oh man. Chrono Trigger is made of love.
I totally remember spending endless hours trying to achieve each unique ending. Such a great RPG.

And now for the DS? More features? Win!
Can't wait to pick this up.

And who else can't wait to fight/recruit Magus once again?
But you can't forget the epic Frog, either.

New dungeon!? Now this is FUN. *squee* Will it keep the voiceless anime-style cutscenes from the PSone version too? Coz some are a tie-in into Chrono Cross...

Now all S-E needs to do is announce official release dates for teh NTSC-U/C Star Ocean PSP remakes and my life is complete.

So is this a remake? I read on wiki that it was going to be release in NA holiday 2008, but I don't believe it one bit.

Yes it's a remake, and there is no official release date from SE as of yet. Believing Wiki as the ultimate truth is laughable in itself.

So long as it doesn't sway too far into 'let's add random DS features' territory, i'll be genuinely looking forward to this title.

Yeah, I heard about this. I would LOVE to get my hands on the game. Loved the first, and I doubt that Square-Enix is gonna mess it up.

AMAZING. KICK ASS. OH MY ****ING GOD YES.

Never did beat the game completely. . .you know. . . .getting the best ending. . .

I was close, though. Had all the secret weapons and whatnot, just didn't beat it.

I was planning on just somehow transferring it to some portable system, but this will work better.
