Concerto Gate

Just thought I'd tell you guys a little about Concerto Gate, a MMORPG by Square Enix. The Japanese version has been up for a while now, and the English version is suppose to come out somtime this year. I believe it is free to play, but I'm not sure.

Anyways, the gameplay is turn based, much like Final Fantasy, and that's pretty much the only reason I want to play it. The graphics are iso view, and feature cute anime like characters.

I'm sure to expect much from it, but it looks like an interesting game. I tried signing up on the Japanese site, but they have some sort of protection on out of region countries.

I remember a different MMORPG (non-Final Fantasy XI) in teh works by Square-Enix, but that one was cancelled...

Personally, I think its a very wonderful and fun game. The gameplay is very, very much like Final Fantasy's, mostly like Final Fantasy 1-9's gameplay. The characters are cute, and theres literally ALOT of job classes to choose from. If you like Square Enix, if you like MMOs, and you think you'll like them together, try it out!

Like I said above, its very much like Final Fantasy. Turn-based battle, random encounters, party members.
The characters look kind of like Crystal Chronicles or Final Fantasy IV DS.

I've only just started playing two hours ago, so I don't really know much more, but so far its very entertaining! You should give it a try!

Nope, its free to play(for now). Thats probably why the graphics aren't really the best. Still, its pretty fun though.

So it turns out this isn't as shitty as I called it to be. Been playing it for a few min., good old turn-based gameplay.

Should amuse me for a few more weeks

edit: Scratch that, I'm getting pissed off. I have to wait 15 min. to play again b/c of goddamn AOL

So uh, this Closed Beta thing is quite lame so far =/.

By lame, I mean I've only played it once considering the servers are full. Has anyone had the privilage of playing this more then once?

Right now, its working for me, but even so, I keep getting disconnected from time to time.

On a semi-related note, anyone know what to do after you get citizenship from Oscar?

I think the game is rather fun, however I haven't been able to play in a while because of the extended server maintenance.

the maintanance has been done for about... 4 hours. But the servers are full so no one can get on
