Er, I'm not exactly sure. You might need a special tool, like a PS1 cheating disk (the ones that have cheats for a list of games and let you add on other cheats).
Try looking online. I've never done it myself, so I can't tell you.

Maybe there would be one for the Summons.

if you master them you get more, which I freaking love.

There is a "lawful" cheat for getting the Golden Chocobo.

Defeat the Ruby Weapon without Knight of the Round... It's hard, but possible...

Have you encountered Emerald?

Way worse than him.

If he's farther away you see these bubbles and you're like "whats that?", then you see him and you piss yourself xD

Hes moves killed my characters in one hit ;_:

I haven't met Ruby or Diamond yet.

Just Emerald and Ultima.

What is the name of the one that the gun in Junon shot? That first one you ever meet.

The first one at Junon is the Sapphire Weapon. Killed by the Sister Ray.
