Which Final Fantasies are worth playing?

There isn't one that I haven't been obsessed with at some point in time xD

They are all worth playing (with the exception of FF12 which I personally cannot stand :x *shot several times by fans* )

VIII
IX
X

It was like watch sailor moon.
I admit the the begin of 12 was as boring but once you got ashe it really picked up.
Seriously all you have to do is replace Gullwings with sailor scouts.

7,8,10,12 are probably the best. 7 being the beloved son of the 4

I hate to point this out right after a Super Mod posts, but doesn't this belong in the Square Enix section?

Anyways, give FFVII: crisis core a whril.

No point in posting until Neo Ragnarok has made his contribution. Lulz'. <3

But anyhow in my opinion each Final Fantasy game has a unique personality to it, this maybe a character trend or storyline or even a leveling up system. While at the same time have all the Square-Enix generic attributes.

My best bet would be to try;

Final Fantasy VII series
Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy X
Final Fantasy X-2
Final Fantasy XII

All these offer a difference in characteristics to majority of the aspects of the game.

KH2 was like watching Sailor Moon..;)

Let's see,

I've played FF, FF2, FFX, FFX-2, FFXII, FFT:WOTL, FFTA.

Out of those, in order:

FFX
FFTA
FFXII
FFT:WOTL
FFX-2
FF2
FF

Key:
WOTL: War of the Lions
FFTA: Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

If you want FF and FF2, only get them if you're like me, and must have EVERY INSTALLMENT in a series before being satisfied. Cuz they suck. :(

I had the most fun with IX great storyline and I was into the story from start to finish. I also reccomend Crisis core, III,V,VI and Tactics but every other FF is meh imo.
