Those are probably the ones worth the most playing in my opinion. But I'm assuming you haven't played any yet, seeing as you're asking which ones are worth it. So, I think the best one to start out with is FFIX. It's the easiest to get into, has a decent amount of challenge to it, great cast, great story, and probably has the best "Final Fantasy" feeling to it.

IMO, the FFs worth playing are FFX FFX-2 FFVII Crisis Core FFVII Dirge of Cerberus (if you like action and shooter RPGs) Thats what I recommend. Unless you're a hardcore gamer who would go back to the classics, get FF7 and FF8. I loved those 2.
