Its got the movement of Devil May Cry, the way Vincent jumps and shoots, or goes close up to hit in a dark world, except there was no blood. The big difference was the shooting required you to aim, unlike DMC so its a little more difficult but I like it like that. It had the feeling of Ghost in the Shell : SAC.

the story is pretty good, plus it got me addicted to Gackt with Redemption and Longing

the extra missions are a pain though, i cant finish a single one of them, i cant even get half way through the one i have access to, i take too much damage. i would kill for a machiene gun, and i know thats the wrong spelling, but still

Doc was a terrible game but saying that i did complete it.
It did have all those brilliant Nomura created characters, 'hail weiz!'.
I'm also a Gackt fan, I thought the end bit when vincent is chaos is cool, flying around with Gackt longing track in the background, the secret ending with Gackt in it is also cool..i kinda thought he sounded a little funny speaking in english 'it is not yet time for slumber..'

I thought it should have been a movie. Mindlessly shooting started to get old to me, and you could never do any of the cool move Vincent did in the cutscenes

Except for the minigames I haven't started on yet (and probably never will), this game isn't long. The first time I played this game through, I used 7 hours and 35 minutes.
It's good though but nothing special.

The game seemed more like half a game. More of a setup for something greater.

well maybe it could use some improvements, but it was still a good story, and it brought back memories, like Lucrecia being Sephiroth's mom, i forgot that

You know it's too bad that Rosso didn't turn out to be Genesis's old girlfriend. They look like they'd be a hot couple .

No, he's not. He's one of those poetic dudes that can sweep women off their feet.

Yes, and girls totally dig him! I see Genesis fans everywhere -- guys and gals. Lol, he's even got his own fanclub in Crisis Core. I think he's beating Sephiroth. I wonder if he's surpassed Cloud as well.
