I don't think so its just Amarant Coral or Salamander Coral in the Japanese version.

I lost my disc 3 of FFIX and that is my favorite disc of the whole series

But the end of disc 2 is far away
the parts i hate most of FFIX are disc 1 until dali, cleyra, pinnacle rocks, pandeamoneum,

Near the end of Disc 3 is my favorite since that's when the real enemies of the game show their true intentions.

yeah that part was the hardest part in FFIX besides ozma
i only liked the bosses in that place

None of the parts in Disc 3 to me were difficult just seemed time consuming like the whole Oeilvert part and the Terra part.

I brought along Quina regardless of the fact that he/she was totally useless there, I much preferred Steiner being with Vivi.

Yeah i need help getting two items in the game that i think i missed and need. I want the dragon wrist and magic armlet items for my characters. Im in oilvert and am fighting the ark and heard that those items would help. Can someone tell me where to get those?

I'm not sure exactly how the Dragon Wrist would help, but the Magic Armlet would if your characters don't have Clear Headed x.x that's a must for Ark. You can buy Magic Armlets in Conde Petie, or the Black Mage Village, or Maiden Sari, or Alexandra, or Treno. They're really not that great >_>

Also, you can buy the Green Beret, which gives Clear Headed to everyone who doesn't use Armor .-. You can buy it at the mog shop in Oeilvert.
Then just use the Gold Helm to give Clear Headed to Steiner and Freya o.O
I don't believe you can get the Dragon Wrist yet ._.

I could use a guide to Chocobo Hot and Cold :3. ARe there any places other than the Chocobo FOrest that can yield Chocographs?

Also (interesting) like FFXII, FFIX also mentions Mist~

^ Yup, I think there's 2 or 3 more. A chocobo lagoon, a chocobo garden in the sky, and...somethin else that I can't remember right now. x3

There are 4 total but only 3 of them you're able to get chocographs from, Chocobo Forest, Chocobo Lagoon, and Chocobo's Air Garden, the Chocobo Paradise is the only one where you can't find any chocographs.
