Its weird that SE keep remaking ff 1-6, are they waiting for the right time to remake 7,8,9? I would like to see 7,8,9 remake for ps3 or psp.

hmm this game is truly underrated. the game has many many good things about it as expected from an FF game.
gave me a very good challenge throughout. especially Ozma.

How DO you beat Ozma, anyway? The FAQs I read each have different strategies....

I feel bad. When I first played this I was repulsed by the old-school basics and the character designs and such. I've now matured and recognise as it being one of the best of the series. Pretty much everything about it has it's own charm, although I still don't like the half animal characters. Kuja is epic win, though. I think he's cooler than Sephiroth =]

I'd also like to see these three at least rendered in FFX type graphics and voice acted. It really brings the whole game together like that. At the same time I don't want to lose the voices that each character has in my head FFVII was cast alright, but I'd be too afraid of what they'd do to Vivi (after KH2), Quina, Steiner... could end up making them look like jokes, when really every character is important to the story and to each other. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside x3

A lot of the battle with him is entirely on luck since he does have moves that can instantly kill everyone in your party, and he sometimes takes turn after turn in a row. But this guide here:Final Fantasy 9 IX - Ozma I thought to be very helpful.

Well if a Final Fantasy IX remake or reimagining was done, it would have to be done by the same team that developed the original. I doubt the original development team would screw up voice overs. Blame Nomura in his idiotic choice for voice actors. I strongly dislike Naruto so we'll see how Dissidia plays out.
