I don't know, because his lasts words are this: "This is not the end. I am eternal... ...as long as there is life and death..." so unless life wants to cease to exist then Necron will always be there waiting and the only way for that to happen is if another lost soul like Kuja calls him back to destroy. I don't think it causes an imbalance from that we can see but who knows, maybe Necron is now a source of life since life wants to keep on living or something similar. I'm thinking too hard. | Banned | no it sounds right. IT actually reminds me of the Weapons in FF7 as they were created destroy life if the world was being harmed. in this case Necron is the entity that comes to being when life has threatened itself if that makes sense. Kuja being the messenger was all it took, and Necron only witnessed this. To be honest he just appeared out of nowhere |

Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think I screwed up, the crystal world might just be the dimension where he is from. The world is (or what appears) to be in another realm so yeh. |

| Banned | well its all the same to me, although he is from the crystal world its possible that he's still in another dimension intangible to the worlds inhabitants like the God complex, as he watches over his creations, he himself lies in another dimension or more so, the final dimension. | PostMentalFerocity | First of all, before anyone says anything, I didn't see a FFIX thread. Secondly, the section only goes what, 2 pages back, so if there is a thread for this game, I can't access it. With that being said, who likes FFIX? Honestly, can there exist a better FF game? The answer is, no there cannot. The characters are well developed and not emo at all, the battle system is fun, and the world is explorable. People expect games of this caliber in today's gaming society, but yet, there are few. My personal favorite characters ar Vivi, Quina, Blank, and Kuja. Many people swear up and down that FFVII is the best game in the series, but did they ever stop to think " Hey, maybe Cloud isn't so great." But that's neither here nor there. Our leading man, Zidane is a great character with a range of emotion. Not only that, but his story is not that of a love story that people hate so much, though I have no clue why. Then there's Vivi. People actually try to argue that Vivi's emo, but he's not. He's 6 years old...or 10. Can't remember which. If you'rwe under the age of 13, emo doesn't apply to you. I can't even begin to pretend to know his psyche. Then we have the loveable Quina Quen. [Epic roflmaool facepalm] Though people call this amphibious character a he, it's obvious that Quina should be a she. If Square were to remake this game with VA's, I think Fat Buu's VA [yes from DBZ] would do nicely. I like how the comedic relief is also wellversed in the art of battle as well, otherwise, she'd be a useless character; which brings me to Amarant. What can I say except that his character was clearly overhauled. When everyone else stood in line for development, he stood in the corner watching. It's like Square said "we're all finished with Beatrix, anyone else develop?" "Nope, but I can't help but think we're forgetting something. Oh well, the feeling will pass" Amarant: TT^TT [Incredible Hulk ending theme] Then there's the world. Who in the world thought of such a great and expansive world they live in? I think I'll end this thread here for everyone to discuss, because I have to get back to playing. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Love this game. My favourite Final Fantasy. I never used to like Quina, but then I replayed the game and loved that character who avoided death many a time. Strongest character in the game, obviously. |

| Supreme Mage | I also love this game. My favorite are Steiner, Beatrix, Vivi and Kuja in that game, but to some extent I love nearly all characters in. Oh, I nearly forgot Cid, him in his toad form is like, unforgettable and unique. I considered this game gave a big role to the Chocobo in side quest, which is good and maybe is the best they did with Chocobos in the serie. I also in the same time both love and hate the ending, because of how well done it is, but also all the many question left unanswered. I never understood why that game was that often criticized. |

Rep Power: 1 ![]() | Because people thought that the graphics were 'kid-like' and seemed to prefer Clouds lego arms. Thinking about it, I really did love all the characters aswell, even Benero, Zenero and Genero were great. Cid as a frog >>>>>>>> Oglop Cid >>>>>>>>>>>>> Human Cid. Simple as. |

| tick tock tick tock | My favorite character was definitely Zidane. Such a lovable main charrie. :3 ...or wait maybe Eiko. She made me laugh far too many times. Especially that scene where she writes the letter and it gets passed around like 10 people. lmao. |

| PostMentalFerocity | So I can't beat the game. I'm stuck outside Kuja's sand whirlpools and the command to let me in doesn't appear. This saddens me. |
