Yeah but at that time they didn't know anything about Ultimecia, they mainly thought it was all Edea with no one else to blame.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to be putting this or not, but here goes. You know when on disk2 where you have to go find the orphanage? Well I cant get anything to happen once I get there other than Squall saying "oh, i remember this place. etc.." and it's been so long since i've played this game that i cant remember what to do... do i have the wrong place?

Well you can't go inside thats why
after you see the orphanage
You have to go inside the forest with balamb garden and galbadia garden will be there

P.S. you're at the end of disc 2

Yeah that was one of my favorite moments during disc 2 where you had to go against the Galbadia Garden, all of the things that you had to do just to infiltrate it like the fight with the solider on the machine thing seemed pointless.

What should be done with 8? It's done. The game was over at the end. With 7 there was more to the story that wasn't really included in the original game, and the ending was more wide open and left some questions up in the air. Final Fantasy VIII is wrapped up in a rather neat little package.

I feel the same way. Although it was one of my favorites I feel it is done.

g-garden is in the forest but u have to be inside balamb garden flying to get inside

I actually really enjoyed riding in the garden while it lasted the only real problem that was present was that you weren't allowed to go to places like the Deep Sea area during that point in time.

Yeah just like in the time compression!

I tried to get the ragnarok and i was so lost
i was like

WTF???

but i completed the game

Yeah after the time compression segment you have to trek a long way to get back to the Ragnarok, but its really useless then since you can't enter anymore towns, cities, or dungeons.

yeah that was the most annoying part
especially when trying to go to like weapon shops to upgrade weapons

Yeah that's where having the Tonberry GF comes in handy since you're able to still buy items and such with the Call Shop ability that it has.

I do use calll shop
and i know a gf has junk shop
but idk which one

He has the Junk Shop ability as well I believe you have to unlock the Call Shop one first though, but I can't really remember for sure since its been awhile since I've actually played the game.
