I really liked this card game version I prefered playing this one over the version in IX. I've gotten just about all of the cards but I haven't really had the time to fully complete the Card Queen sidequest to get the other cards that are only available after you've lost a certain card to her.

But things could turn in either direction when it comes down to who'll win when all of the rules come into play. On several occasions when I was hunting for the last couple of the character cards the Laguna one in particular while on the Lunar Base area where all of the rules are in effect and I was winning for the most part of the match and Ellone had the final play and I ended up losing due to the Same and Plus rules.

Thanks for the info. The seems to always give me a bad hand with like one good card like Seifer then I end up losing it thanks to random rule. I managed to get the Laguna Card on my first try while on the Lunar Base.

I'm usually pretty lucky when it comes down to the Random rule. But on several occasions I pulled an absolutely terrible hand and didn't really care if I won or lost since I had about 10 copies of every card in my hand at that time.

But sometimes I got a really good hand with 2 character cards and a GF card and maybe 2 level 1 monsters. Even still though my opponent would sometimes play the better moves alot better than I did and I would lose 1 of my really good character cards so I would either try to win it back when I challenged that person again, or I would just reset the game.

I Love this game to death! The ending was kind of creepy though! The creepiest song was on the end of disc 2 when the succession of witches was slowed down!

You find the Blue Dragons from the Island Closest to Hell along with alot of tough high level monsters so having Odin is pretty much a lifesaver or you could just flee from battles until one appears.

Besides them dropping the fangs after you've beaten them in battle I don't think there is any other way.

Lol like I said before I mainly waited until Odin showed up to do the job, but its elemental weakness is Ice and it absorbs Poison.

Im gonna try to fight a grendel because i still have some characters under level 20
which are irvine quistis and zell.

Quistis was my less used party member and I never actually got her final limit break since I didn't spend the time to get all of those Curse Spikes.

But as for everyone else I used them pretty much equally but I always made sure to have Rinoa in my party since her and Squall's limit breaks can do a ton of damage.

Thank God! I just watched a video on youtube and the enemies die just by using Degenerator (Quistis) or Junctioning Death to ST-ATK! The blue dragons were killed in one hit

Lol yeah when in doubt go to Youtube they appear to always have someone with some sort of video onto how to make things alot easier in games, which alot of people don't even think of trying or don't have the time to do.

Yeah lol. I keep killing the blue dragons but they only drop dragon skins and dragon fins which i arleady have enough of! Well I'll have to try killing hexadragons...do you know where they are? lol

You find them on the Island Closest to Hell as well, just about any dragon monster and a ton of other monsters you can find there, it may just take awhile for you to encounter one or the Esthar (Grandidi Forest) is also another location where they're at.
