How to Create a Squadron

Everything You Need to Know about Squadrons
The world is a dangerous place, and heartless are running amok unchecked. That is they were until the Guild Hall was created and members began to join up. Within the overarching Guild Hall are different Squads. These Squads are made up of regular Guild Members who like to work with each other to take down Marks, help people out, or maybe even just do jobs for cash.

Step by Step process in making a Squadron

1. Gather the funds needed to start up a Squadron
2. Fill out the application found in this thread
3. Re-post the application into this thread
4. Wait until your Squad proposal is accepted or rejected
5. If accepted, transfer the fee into the appropriate Squad Account and create your thread.
   
6. If rejected, revise your Application and you may attempt to submit again

Follow the steps and the process will be quick and painless.

How do I create a Squadron?
To create a Squad, you have to pay membership fees for joining the Guild. Then you need to pay a start up fee for the room and board. However you won't actually get your room and board to start with. The price to create a Squad is currently:

1,000 Munny

This price will remain the same until Chapter 2 is released. Then it will increase if the Leader is currently in Chapter 2. Once you pay your dues, what do you get!?

Your 1,000 Munny spent will buy you the following:

1. Five Member Spaces
2. An official Squad Thread
3. One (1) 16x16 pixel Squad Emblem
4. An entry in the Guild Primer

Some clarifications;

The one who is designated as the Squad Leader does NOT count towards the member cap.

Squad Threads are meant for SQUAD RELATED business only. You may create a “Squad Discussion” Thread for non-Squad related matters in the Social Squad Section. Anyone breaking this rule runs the risk of getting his or her Squad Disbanded.

The Squad Emblem will be made by a member of the RPG Inferno Team. In time there will be a few emblems to choose from, or you may commission your own.

When you are ready to create a Squad, post your Application to THIS THREAD. Do not PM an RPG Inferno Staff Member. Do Not Send your Munny until you are approved.
Once we have approved your Squad, then and only then may you create a Squad Thread.

What Should I Include in my Application?
Your “Application” will be the text of your first post of the thread. You must have the following if you need a guide:

Name of Squad: [Nothing Offensive Allowed.]
Squad Tag: [No more than Four (4) Characters INCLUDING Parenthesis.]
Desired Squad Emblem: [either pre-made or request a custom one] *Please Request 2 "Squad Colors"*
Rules: [Must contain KHI and Inferno’s rules. In addition to any the Leader wishes]
Membership List: [Must Contain INFERNO Profile Lookups at the very least]
Why we should accept you: [Reasoning~]

No, you don’t need to include the exact 5 members when you ask for an application. Look to existing Squads for examples.

*NEW RULE - 7/16/09* You must have AT LEAST TWO Members PLUS the Leader when applying or you WILL be rejected.
That means 3 Total Names in your application.

How Do I Get More Members?
You must pay if you wish to accommodate more members into your Squadron. You may do this at any time. Please consult the following list for prices. These prices will not change as Chapters are released.

1 Slot	300 Munny
2 Slots	450 Munny
5 Slots	900 Munny

How Many Members can we have in a Squad?
You are only allowed 10 MEMBERS in a Squad. For every day that your Squad is over your allotted Member Cap, you will be fined Squad Points. The Squad Leader will be notified if a full day goes by while the Squad is over cap.

Other Information for Reference

• If the Squad Leader is banned, the Squad will be suspended indefinitely. If the Squad Leader returns from ban, the Squad may be reinstated, but will have to pay a re-entry fee.

• A Squad may appoint a Substitute Leader is the Squadron Leader is going to be absent.

• The Squad Leader is responsible for their entire Squad. Keep your underlings in line less you be the one to face their punishment

• If a Squad is found to be promoting Members to have their RPG Player Names over 20 Characters long (excluding Squad Tag), the Squad will be fined for every character over limit.

Anyone who creates a Squadron and doesn’t read all of these rules are still going to be held to them accordingly. It’s your choice not to read, just the same as it’s our choice to allow or disallow your plea to become a Squad.

A few minor typos but D and I agree that it's passing.
Maybe give me two colors you want the emblem to be and what kind of look you'd want. Maybe a crown or someshit. Other than getting back to me on those two things, the Squad has been approved. We'd like all squads to have a sense of identity. A reason WHY people would join them. ES has a very kingdom hearts feel to it while BAD also has a bit of intrigue from the name and their quasi odd feudal systemness they got going on. Be sure to make it a bit pizazz! Ask yourself "why would people want to join this squad?" Also include a color scheme for the emblem >_>;;

Also, Squads - If you wish to increase your member cap, simply post the order here and send the cash on over to me. If there's something wrong I'll of course send the munny back. I'm not a scammer xP
