Maybe your Roxas is too weak. I havent tried it yet, but the sure awesomeness of the look is good enough for me. The strength i dont really care about. It's a pretty cool experience when your fighting with a very long string of combos to fight a monster than one hit kills all the time.


I think Xemnas kinda sucks. But i havent used anyone with Zero Gear yet so i dunno.

I think DW Roxas is so incredibly broken in Story Mode so that you would be able to imitate what happened in Deep Dive. Either that, or what Zeonark said:

Yea, he still pwns with it tho.

Like what unknown said, DW roxas was prolly powered down so he doesnt own everyone in Mission Mode.

And I think they wanted to make it feel like how Roxas was in the secret ending to KH1.

What's Xemnas have to do with that statement?

And the point is characters like Riku do more damage faster than DW thus it is useless. At least don't drag the combo so long for something that looks cool but does jack shit damage.

So, basically, if you get a very highly pissed off Roxas to the degree, you better stay out of his way, or he'll take you out with only one hit.

On the other hand, I don't understand how DW Roxas when it came to Mission Mode had certain things that prevented him from reaching God Tier. Perhaps they thought that if they kept the same power level as in the story, then really, there's no point of using other characters. You got a cloaked badass (as so associated with him) with two Keyblades, and amazing stats. So he would be broken.

Yet, apparently, they have no problem making other characters weak in some stats as hell.

I completely forgot to add something about why DW Roxas isn't available in Story Mode, and I'm not sure if people noticed this or not, but I'll put it here anyway.

Besides the fact that he would be incredibly broken and take all the challenge out of the game, but it's also not correct, story-wise. What I mean is that Kingdom Hearts is a "neverending game". When you complete the game, there's no new game+ to play, so all you can do, story-wise, is to defeat the final boss over and over again. It wouldn't make any sense for Roxas to have two Keyblades when Xion is still alive and kicking.

But who would even bother getting DW in the Story Mode unless you retain the same combat abilities anyway, of 1 hit kills? Even if he technically doesn't 1 hit kill with some hits even in DW mode.

Zero gear with 4 sight units > Zero gear with 3 ability units + anything else.

Zero Gear, with the four Sight Units, and the Critical Sun Ring equipped, is fucking nice.
Sight Units with Might Crown is also good, un-interruptable critical combos :D

Yep.

Somehow I think it is cute to play Zexion to play with Zero Gear, 4 sight units. I actually do more damage than DW Roxas.

Same for pretty much everyone with 4 sight units, except maybe Donald, and Xigbar.

Riku with 4 sight units and critical sun is just epic. Mickey and Sora also.

Don't leave out Saix and Lexaeus. Those two dish out some AWESOME damage.
