Mine had to be when King Mickey and Riku were in the woods together, and the fight with Riku and Roxas.

...I just came to turn on my DS so I can see what're the options from theater mode but forgot I was in the middle of a mission. and it's a mission I hate. oh well, thank god for skip scene.

The Man in Black Reflects
Because it has flashes of the Riku-Xion fight and has a Riku close-up. *fangirls*

Xion's defeat
I love that scene.

Snarl of Memories
Pure, unrefined mind-fuck.

Riku Takes care of Xion
Even the title shows this is pure, unrefined Rion.
Ties in with Roxas passes by, but he ruined the moment.

Xion's Capture
Awesome fight there. And the essence of all my Roxas hate.

Axel and Saix
Because it's cool and informative.

Xion and Riku
HUG! \o/
But seriously, it's a good scene. I also love her bitter snarl about taking Sora away from him.

I do have to say my favorite was Micky and Riku at Twilight town but the best cutscene had to be Battle at Skyscraper, it was too good of a scene :)

My favorite scene in theater mode was...

Snarl of Memories

Personally I think that eerie scene featured some very relevant information pertaining to BBS and Roxas' connection to it. Might be foreshadowing at its best... (even if the foreshadowing relates to a prequel)

Spoilers
Snarl of Memories. Huge freaking mindfuck, like what Smile said. I also like the fight scene between Xion and Riku and Xion and Axel. There's so much emotion in both of those. There was also the WINNER scene, which I found kind of depressing to add to Xion's death.
