Xion is made out of memories and is a replica created by Xemnas and Vexen in case Sora turned out to be useless to the organization.
She was going to replace Roxas.

No Roxas is sora's nobody. Xion was just created by Xemnas in case Sora couldnt help them with their goal.

Cool, so Xion isn't one of sora's nobody(NOT A NOBODY: and shes made out of memories?!) and a replica (omg wat does that mean?) made by Xemnas & Vexen. So in case roxas (or sora) refuses or failed to helping them w their goal. Xion was also made just in case Roxas (or sora) becomes useless for the Organization? Here's the thing i don't get... Roxas is sora's nobody or sora is roxas's nobody?!

Roxas is Sora's nobody.

Roxas was created when Sora, in KH, got turned into a heartless.

Xion, was MADE by the Org, from memories of Sora, she is not a nobody, and would be used as a replacement for Roxas or Sora if they didn't help the organization. Sora, has a heart and as of such is not a nobody, he is a normal person.
