Dude! why does xigbar see Ven when xion takes off her hood and who does axel see that spooks him so bad?

I'll just answer quickly anyway.
Xion looks different depending on who looks at her.

Roxas sees her as "Xion" the girl.
Axel sees her as "Xion" because Roxas sees her that way.
Saix sees her as nothing but a doll (aka, when she was hooded early on in the game)
Xigbar sees her as Ventus.
Xemnas sees her as Ventus, "Xion" and sometimes the doll.

What Axel saw that spooked him so bad was Sora's appearance, because Xion had already started to look like the boy.
