Default xDD Who else thought the game was glitched or they made a mistake when (first third of game spoilers
youd see xion unhooded in some scenes and hooded in others

the first two times it happened in that scene, id idnt realize it was because roxas saw her different then axel did. xD i was like OMG I CAUGHT A MISTAKE

Nope, it's not a mistake. It happens later on, too.

I've played through the whole game, and it's meant to be like that.

Each character see's Xion differently, because of her connection to said characters.

Roxas and Axel see her as herself
Xemnas and Xigbar see her as Ven
Siax always see's her hooded
Riku see's her as Sora

In an interview. Maybe in a Secret Report too, unsure about that one.

Because I had some unintentional spoilers before playing the game, I knew that different people see Xion differently. The second I saw the hood go up from Axel's point of view, I knew what the case was.

It's in the spoilers section, why do you people mark it?
As for Riku, we only know who he saw her as when he met her on DI when he saved her from - whatever. As for their first encounter, the one where she lost to him and he unhooded her - no one really knows. It could've been Sora, Kairi, Namine, himself for all we know (she did leech his Memories at one point in time, and Sora did have Memories of Riku to hand out as well), or even the blank face. The options for that scene aren't lacking.

As for Xion and the hood, they laughed even the staff thought it was a glitch XD; I caught on a bit into the scene though when I noticed she was only hooded when we saw all three, but unhooded with Roxas, and then unhooded with Axel too once they became 'friends' (another possible basis to the fact he actually saw Namine and not Kairi, as that was in a way the nature of relationship between them?)

We have no idea who he saw her as there.
He could've seen her as the Kairi which would link later to him seeing her as Kairi on the Islands.
He could've indeed seen her as Sora, but that - along with almost any other option would require an explanation of why he saw her differently later on, especially since she looked like Sora towards the end.
He could've seen the blank face.
Hell, with Snarl, I wouldn't be surprised if he saw himself.
