Well it's not confirmed but from what Nomura just said, it makes it likely that no memories = unbirths.

He said memories are used to form the heart. So in a way memories are kinda giving birth to a normal human heart.

I knew my no memories = unbirth theory was'nt totaly crazy. It may not be completely true but atleast I was on the right track.

Dreams never played any part in KH. Why start now? Memories according to how Nomura seems to stress the importance of memories and the fact that memories form the heart seem to be the most likely canidate for the creation of unbirths.

lol, sorry. It's just when Nomura said that memories play an important part in forming a heart, it made me get excited because it makes "No Memories = Unbirths" more likely.

So, sleeping and dreams have been around since pretty much the end of Chain of Memories, but no on has explicitly said anything. Thus giving Nomura to sneak a few minor plot details in to create new games. I wish I was smart enough to be an original author.

But dreams have not been mentioned in detail. What if in KH dreams and memories are truly one in the same. Maybe dreams are just memories playing themselves out to someone. A visual look at memories.

Nice interview, but as always, in typical nomura fashion, he answers some questions and half asses on others to the point of total confusion.

So if Kingdom hearts original purpose was not to collect released hearts then why does it exist in the first place, and how exactly were the organization going to utilize it? Were they going to each fly up to Kh, dig in it, then pick up a heart and say hey this feels good I'll take this one... I mean seriously were millions of hearts needed just to pick out 12(not including roxas)?

Even though the interviews and secret reports confirm that Axel and Saix were friends it's just not clicking. Could it be, I don't know, the lack of character development between the two in regards to this friendship. They wanted to take over the organization? Yea sureeeeee...., anyway that would make them hypocrites wouldn't it? Marly and Larxene had to die for the same thing they themselves are doing. Their friendship and the whole failed coup d'état came out of nowhere and is just reeking of ass pull. Now their originals are appearing in BBS. I'm happy about that, and then at the same time I'm going why?

I find it amusing and sad that Xigbar went from having, what, two cut-scenes and a boss battle in KH2 and then equally pathetic screen-time in Days to suddenly having a pivotal place in Birth by Sleep. Oh, character development Nomura it can be your very best friend if you let it. God, I just hope he's not MX or even Nomura's tendencies for elaborate ass pulls is not going to be sufficient to fill in the plot holes that are going to come out of that one.

I can't believe I'm saying this, since I abhor the fanboying by Nomura when it comes to him, but I really hope Axel is Terra because otherwise there will be no justification on why character development for Axel appears so heavily in three games, novels, etc if his somebody is to appear in BBS as some un-important character with delusions of taking down Xehanort when he becomes a nobody. No, he has to be Terra or the blatant fan-service will not make sense especially considering Xenmas who everybody thinks is Terra got so little character development.

However, what's throwing a wrench in this is Saix.If Terra is Axel and was friends with Saix's other then that means that other would always have to be close by. So maybe Saix's other is Aqua. I don't want this to happen, but Nomura has proven with Days, and with Disney's permission no less, that he doesn't mind tunning a girl into a boy and vice versa. So here's hoping Terra is Axel, Ven is Roxas, and Aqua is Saix and that Lea is an alias.
