In one of the secret reports Axel said, "Spending time with Roxas reminds me of my childhood. You would think I could talk to Saix like that but it's not the same."

This suggest that Roxas reminds Axel of his childhood days with Saix back when they were humans.

the fact that saix knows axel's true name is indication of some sort of friendship in the past.

Now I suppose Saix could have gotten a scar from a keyblade weilder or perhaps an unbirth slashed his face twice, giving him his scars.

Yeah that is strange. Luckily though they are probably closer to thirty and won't be too young if they are shown in BBS.

Well I was under the impression, they were in their mid 20's. It wont matter cause nobodies don't age.

So if Axel and Saix became nobodies a year or 2 after organization XIII was created, they wont look too different in BBS.

Well, we can't be too sure of that, since we haven't seen what most of the Organization looked like prior to them turning into a Nobody. We've only seen Xemnas, Roxas, and Namine's others. Not anyone else's.

And Xemnas certainly looks older than what Xehanort looked like in that cutscene in KHII, which took place at the very least weeks before he turned into a Nobody.

khII namine did seem more old than kh recom namine.However roxas looks the same in days and in khII.
