You guys are making things too difficult "LETS DO RANKINGS, LETS MAKE THIS SYSTEM WHERE EVERYONE HAS TO ACT THIS WAY" I doubt anyone will follow said system, nor would anyone be not lazy enough to create said system.

Oh sad. =| Why not just let people list themselves in every week, with their currently used tag (in other words: the tag they use when they list themself), and you guys can just...choose one of the best? That way...no restrictions, no elitism, and people can make tags according to their styles...right? =\ sue my brain for the lame idea. |

First a SOTW winner gets some sort of a prize (10 rep, can wear one of the entries) and second the members who had the best 3 tags in the last SOTW can't participate in the next one. |

As for eliminating 3 people, it isn't bad if those 3 people are one of the more frequent winners. By banning those 3 members for only one SOTW you are increasing chances of less skilled people to win and with that you encourage people to participate, couse they know they have a chance to win. If we do this we will get a more active SOTW, at least imo. |

A competition where the participants try to impersonate a style from a member of their choice, or whom we're all pretty used to seeing a particular style from? And in sync to the idea that the 'top members/winners' could sit out a SOTW, those members could serve as the categories that the participants could base their entry on. Taking on someone else's style may give people the opportunity to develop their own. The idea could also spark a bit of friendly to intense competition, which is what SOTW was created for. =] What's more is that the cut members could sit back and enjoy seeing their friends and the new gfx kids try to impersonate their style, while of course serving as the main judges. The winner's creation would be the closest to that member's style. The results would be pretty interesting if you think about it. As long as the 'chosen member' wouldn't feel violated, then I'd say that it may be worth a shot. Lmao. "Be Scarecrow for a day!" "Sparkle for a day!" The entries would be worth all of the laughs, or the praise? Who knows. . Meh, odd idea. But heh, best thing that I could come up with that didn't fall into the Singer/Anime/Music slots. :3?

Rep Power: 5 | Re: Signature of the Week Reform That wouldn't work out Beauxxx for the reasons Hellpark stated and even if we did that it would get very old very quick, we need something that will give us a steady SOTW flow, not a short rush at SOTW and then back to the old dying one. anyway I still say we should have a member ban every time a member wins, I mean it is only for one sotw not more... |
