Anyone can vote, as long as they give reasons why they voted for their picks.

So a person who isn't recognized in the GFX community writing "I vote for this because it looks cool" won't cut it.

Nah, I'll be lenient on closing this thread tonight, I'll give two hours more, but if it's closed, don't hesitate to PM me your entries incase I haden't finished composing the voting canvas.

Although, if it is, don't get too butt hurt, I did warn that there is two hours until I consider making the canvas, but it's definatley worth a try to get them in last minute. (:
