12: Really good use of complementary color and the sparkley line is like OMG.

17 - Copy Cat! Just kidding. ;) I really like it though, the colors are Crazy and I love how shiny and new it looks :)
16 - Wow! I'm falling in love with almost everything you make, I LOVE the colors and the font.
23 - I always love how random-ish your work is, I really like that it's dark with that little rainbow on the right of her face.

EDIT: I hope it's okay to edit a vote, but if I could I would like to say that I ment to vote for 19 and not for 16.
If it can't be fixed then no problem. :)

17: Wow, very pretty. Blends well, and the colours are nice.
1: It looks clean, and the effects are very nice.
7: Its bright and uses colours well. Effects are also good.

12-Wow this one is just made of instant win, its awesome..the lighting is excellent 100%
16- This one has some stuff missing, and something that makes it look ehh, but overall its really attractive; nicely put together as well
1- this one is nice and detailed, not perfect, but pretty damn close :D

17 - I like the lighting effects, very eye catching. Yet also blends nicely.
1 - Just seems different from all the others and stands out, but not in a bad way.
23 - Looks random therefore intresting.

4 - Bit on the plain side, yet distinctive nonetheless
15 - Quite edgy. Definitely one of your best, in general.

(1. I can't put my finger on it, but it looks...different. Like, drawing upon past sig styles but altering the design to create a new feel. It flows oddly well.

(12. The lighting, the color. Gorgeous effects with the font; it's nice to see how the focus is readily apparent. The blurred background isn't an eye-sore and further allows the text to pop.

(19. Much like 12. Intricate effects with text and flow.
