I am on the part were you have track down and defeat at least 6 heartless and I have killed the armor one the two underground ones and the sword one I have decided to kill the ocurus as my last one instead of the chamelion thing but I can not find that other giant heartless

I think the last giant Heartless only appears at the Station Plaza after you defeat the other six giant Heartless.

(Note: there are two giant Heartless you can fight at the Station Plaza, but the second doesn't appear until you beat all the other ones.)

Okay. There's one up at the train station. One in the underground network. One in the tunnel further below-ground. One in the Sandlot. One in the Tram Common. One outside the Mansion.

There's one more, the Dustflier (arguably the most powerful enemy), which is at the Train Station when you've beaten the other six.

There is one in front of the mansion-lizard, tram commons-invisible type thing, underground network- poisen plant, final tunnel-gigas shadow, sandlot-powered armor, station plaza- stalwart blade.
Once you defeat those six, another will appear in the station plaza, the dustflier, he is the most powerful heartless in the game.

2. Poison Plant in the underground complex.
3. Giga Shadow in the underground tunnel stemming from the complex.
4. Invisible-like boss in Tram Common.
5. Veil Lizard @ the Mansion.

7. Revisit Station Heights to find the 'intimidating' Dustflier.

This, here you can find all heartless.
Although, the Dustflier at Station Heights is optional and I'd suggest you skip it until you finish the game and obtain Zero Gear.
