1) He didn't agree with what the organization did with other people
2) He wanted to find his true self.
3) Xion might have ran away for the same reasons, making Roxas think about both of the above and then was like "She's right...I should go"

I could also imagine Xion offering Roxas to run away with her, but he refuses at first. Then runs away later.

If the Roxas having feelings theories are true, that would be like he had a crush on her. Or just really good friends, but I fail to see how Xion's death = Roxas' runaway. Not liking the Org. anymore and running away?

We don't know what happened to Xion, so she could not end up dying.

thats not what i was saying

i meant he was almost about to leave but was sceptical or something, and Xions disappearance pushed him to leave

I would really see no point in Days connecting to KH3 with Xion dying. Her going into hiding would be much better.

I for some reason have a problem with Xion going into hiding. It doesn't seem like something she'd do. The only way I can see her making a future appearance as a tangible being would be if stripping her of Sora's memories revealed her original self who happened to be whole or something to the extent of what Rain posted earlier on this thread, at least I think it was this thread...
