Default Auction Night in the Desert
Welcome one and all to our first Auction in the dunes. Why the dunes? No one really goes out there, so it's the perfect place to hold one of our simply marvelous auctions.

Everyone is invited, but it's a black tie affair. Dress accordingly, please. All those who show up in tattered clothing and sandals will be asked politely to leave.

This event is scheduled for the night of the 18th (Saturday) starting promptly at 7 o'clock PM Eastern Time and will last until all of the items are sold. Maximum purse sizes that those who wish to come are allowed to bring are 1,000 munnies. No more.

We'll be having ten items up for bid, so be sure to bring full wallets to the desert when you venture out there. There will be Auction specific items up for bid as well, so everyone who can make the journey, should.

Please come out for a night of wonder, magick, and munny spending.

Anyway of knowing what the items will be ahead of time? Don't want to go in bidding blindly and find out there was a item I wanted later on that I would have saved out for. :x

A partial list of items will be available by the morrow, kind sir. However if you're after the full list, I regret most heartily to inform you that this is simply not possible.

We would like to inform you that we have recently re-opened our wonderful shoppe stop Please inform all that you come across that if they are in the market for top of the line threads that there is but one place to go stop That place is the Clothing Shop in Traverse Town stop Located in Second District stop Please remember that our wares are not intended for the brutality of battle stop Thank you very much stop

I'd guess the first person to bid 1,000 would get it. Also, I'd say that no one can make a bid over 100 munny. So we don't have a person just say 1,000 munny from the start. >_>;

Well.. its 7 PM Eastern.. so it should be 5 hours ahead for you.. so 12 AM. :/ It should be 10:51 PM for you right now by the time of this post if I'm not mistaken.. Maybe Rae can lower it to 5 PM EST time to make it 10 PM for people in other countries. It is a Saturday tho.. so.. It might not be that bad of a thing.

*nods* Ah yes, the issue of when this grandiose event will take place can indeed be changed up and fixed. However five o'clock will most certainly cause issues with the time I sit down for supper. If many of you old blokes request this it can however most certainly be done.

Minumum bid is set at 10 munnies and maximum raise is set to 100 munnies. We won't allow for anyone to attempt to circumvent the fun others are meant to have in this event. Please note that even though you may not win an item, refreshments will be served. In addition I think it would be fair to give away a tuxedo/dress to one lucky underdressed peasant.

I only mentioned it cause of the people in other countries needing to be on late. No one has objected to the time as far as things go right now. So.. I think 7 PM should be completely fine for the time.
