◆ Report a Glitch/Suggestions

GLITCH REPORTING
If you encounter anything during your Inferno play that might be a glitch, please post it here and it will be attended to at the Inferno Team's earliest convenience. If you're even SLIGHTLY concerned about finding something odd in the Inferno, post it here. Remember that we can't be everywhere all at once.

SUGGESTIONS
If you have any suggestions for improving the Inferno, please also post them here. You can title your post "Suggestion" or "Glitch" If you'd like so that we can sort them out according. Please don't reply to other Suggestions or Glitches and say "me too" or "lol i think the same thing". Your post will be deleted. Repeated use of this results in negarep >:[ We have lots of rep power, so be careful.

hey. i was in the middle of a battle and it flipped out on me and said the battle report expired, so i hit back and tried to reload the page. now my characters been deleted and it made me start over

Yea. It wasn't only you. I think everyone was reset. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Just a glitch in the server is what I think, but no, your old characters aren't attainable. Just start fresh, and play better than you did before! Make the best of the problem!

In the third district at the red door, it doesn't let me place my last stone in the door.

And if I try to open the door the pebbles shatter.

Whoa. Dude that sucks. I had just got to Traverse Town, lol.
I'm acyually kinda glad the server reset, because when I first started, I accidentally tossed my shortsword.:lol:

Omg it still won't let me put the pebbles in the door. This is stupid I never had this problem the first time I went through this.

I am not sure, but I think that that means that you put that stone in the correct place the first time, you don't need to place it anywhere again.

You gather the pebbles in your hands and get ready to place them into the empty slots.
and I don't have an option to insert any pebbles

When I try to open the door it says the top hole is wrong and all my pebbles shatter

I'm mad, I was so far ahead before than reset happens and now I get stuck at the door. I've done everything I did last time so I have no clue why it won't let me put in the last pebble.

Did you go back to the fountain after they shattered?
