I have 3 hp left, and I was wondering how do you heal? Cause, I can't kill shadow :/

You can purchase potions for use in battle to heal, or you can head to Gigas Hall in Disney Castle to heal for free out of battle :D

Plus, if you can get to the Third District in Traverse Town, you can go to Merlin's shop and buy cure.
