Everything shall be put on hold as we have an instance of Powerleveling among the participants. Naruto Uzumaki in this tournament powerleveled Sasuke to level 18... I don't think the latter should be penalized since he was probably not told that it was against the rules and is new to the game, but Naruto clearly broke a rule. Sasuke has admitted that Naruto ran away from the fights sometimes, so it was definitely intentional leveling.

<_< its been awhile now and no matches have been done. I know people are busy. But If you havent had your match by the end of April. I'm just going to start the next round >_> This has taken way too long... really cant do a tourney unless its summer and people are free >_>

EDIT// =/ sadly since 3 people are to drop out with a fourth coming I'm just going to close this. Sorry guys. Hopefully I can make a better one in the new inferno.
