Naruto - Tales of the Waterfall, Vol. 1

So, I typically wouldn’t do a Naruto RP, but seeing as how I’ve become some what obsessed as of late, I’ve decided to go against my creed and whip one up for all of those who’ve been itching to RP as a Leaf / Sand / Waterfall /Etc. ninja as well.

The Akatsuki, once the largest and most powerful criminal organization in the world composed of the most dangerous missing-nin from all the hidden villages, has fallen at the hands of Naruto Uzumaki and the rest of the elite ninja of ‘Dawnbreaker’, a secret ninja task force founded by Tsunade, the Fifth Hokage. Sasuke Uchiha, as well as the others who defected from Orochimaru after his death, have disappeared into the ether after Sasuke was heavily wounded in what one could call Team 7’s last battle. As Naruto Uzumaki takes his seat as Sixth Hokage twenty years later, all is well, and peace and fortitude have been restored to the village, along with all alliances with the other ninja villages. Or, so it seems. A new threat has sprung up; a missing-nin from the Village Hidden in a Waterfall has appeared. None know his name or his motives, but after a brutal attack on a squad of ANBU Black Ops., his existence can no longer be ignored. Once again, Dawnbreaker is mobilized. However, with a lack of members since the last war, training has begun among Genin squads of all villages to discover the most talented ninja, and initiate them into the task force. Gathering in Konoha for the final test, it’s very possible that this missing-nin and his subordinates may make their swiftest and most devastating strike upon the Leaf Village as of yet…

Rules:

1. There may be no more than four squads of ninja; one from Konoha, one from the Sand Village, one from the Rain Village, one from the Clouds Village.

2. A Jonin instructor for each of these squads is unnecessary for the plot to progress. All participants must be Genin.

3. There have to be three people playing the antagonist; the Waterfall missing-nin, and two of his allies. You may give them their own names, backgrounds, appearances, abilties, etc; however, you must also include why the missing-nin left and why the other two chose to join him. No ‘he has no memory of his past.’

4. Post ‘Water Snake Jutsu’ at the top of your post to make sure you’ve read the rules.

4. I may reject you if I find your profile over the top of lacking.

5. All ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu must be at Genin level. ONLY one or two abilities that are strong enough to be called Class B or A. Basic skills such as the Substitution jutsu as well as the Clone jutsu do not need to be included in your list of jutsu. By the way, just to make sure you really read the rules, post ‘Sand Burial Jutsu’ at the bottom of your post instead of the other one at the top.

Wind Blade Jutsu- By clapping his hands together Kaito lets out a blade of wind that slams into an opponent. This jutsu is powerful enough to cut through a tree. *C-rank*

Aori Buresu no jutsu- Kaito shoots a burst of wind from his mouth that blows away and slices objects, or ninja in the immediate area. *C-rank*

Wind Scythe Jutsu- Using his hands, Kaito can create concentrated gusts of wind mixed with chakra, creating a windstorm that slices through objects in a targeted area. He can control the windstorm with chakra, allowing him to catch his opponents in slicing tornadoes. *C-rank*

Supersonic Slicing Wave- The user creates a massive gust of cutting wind capable of totaling the surrounding area, wiping out anything in its path. *C-rank*

Ultra Wind Scythe Jutsu- This is a powerd up version of the Wind Scythe Jutsu that allows Kaito to make enormous tornados that suck up everything around them, causing massive damage. However due to the size of the tornadoes they are harder to control with chakra. *B-rank*

Paralysis Jutsu- This jutsu instantly paralyses an opponent leaving them wide open for attack. *D-rank*

Wind Style: Wind Dragon Jutsu- Using this jutsu, the user creates a huge current of wind in the form of a serpentine dragon and directs it towards a target. *B-rank*

Peregrine Falcon Drop- After hitting the oponent with a combo that varies, Kaito launches his opponent into the air. He then grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground. *C-rank*

Gufuu no Jutsu- Kaito pummels his enemy with a flurry of punches and kicks then blasts the away with a powerfu l gust of wind. He then continuously knocks them around with bursts of wind with increasing intensity. *B-rank*

Aori Buresu Rendan- Kaito rushes the opponent and slams his knee into their stomach. He then somersault kicks them high into the air. Kaito Blast air to the ground forcing him into the air then hits them with he Aori Buresu no Jutsu Forcing there body down to the ground at a alarming rate. *C-rank*

Forbidden Jutsu

Kekkai Genkai: Eaton- This blood trait allows those in the Yoshido family to manipulate and control air molecules through will power alone. This allows them to breathe at anytime and gives them the ability to create wind based attacks even if they are underwater. The Yoshido can also use this ability to suffocate an enemy by stopping air from going into, or escaping thier lungs.


Kekkei Genkai Jutsu

Suffocation Jutsu- Kaitoseals the opponent inside an area of limited air that gets smaller and smaller. The opponent will die if they are unable to escape.


Tsunami jutsu- By using his control over air, Kaitoi sable to manipulate the molecules in a large area and turn them into water. He creates a large crest of water that is crashed down upon the area. It will wipe out everything in it's path and due to the wind running through the water simultaneously most ninja caught in it will instantly drown.......


(Later in the RP)Shinigami Typhoon( Death lord Cyclone) This jutsu was one that Kaito created on his own while practicing controling his KG form change and the up'ed chakra he recives from it. since he gains over 90 percent of contorl of the air just being in his KG he rotates all the air in the area until it forms a massive tornado that is capaple of lifting Large buildings and uprooting trees. He channels Chakra into the cyclone it self making it a spinning Death trap it sucks in othres and also blows wind gust capable of destroying nearly anything in its path. However this takes a massive amount of chakra and could almost leave Kaito at Absoulute Zero chakra level.



Kekkei Genkai Form 2
(Later in the RP)


Every few years very rarely a child of the yoshido clan is giften with a special Kekkei genkai. this change causes physical changes to the body and chakra levels. It changes the being into a sort of demon there hair becomes as white as the wind and there chakra levels jump at a astounding rate. Kaito was so far only the 5th yoshido child to ever have this type of KG in his clan. The kekkei genkai allows easier use of the air around him to the point where just by motioining his chakra in the air he can move wind anyway he pleases. his eyes allow him to see far distances as a hawk. and his motions become incredibly faster. This change however takes a toll on the body and can severly hurt the user. it can not kill but wll severly drain the chakra level of kaito. He becomes fit with new abilites and strenghts. .



However this part of the kekkei genkai can only be activated if he in enraged or near death its not as simple as commanding it. it feeds off his emotions and the more enraged he is the stronger he becomes.

Bio

Kaito Yoshido was born into the Yoshido clan and had a harsh early childhood. He was forced to train each and everyday under horrible circumstances. His older Brother Tokishe was an excellent mentor and helped him in his training. With his help Kaito had no problem becoming a ninja to be proud of. He attained Genin status and continued to train.

Sadly on a mission Tokishe was murdered. Kaito was told that it had been an accident and that sometimes things like this couldn't be helped. He was devistated and was left all alone because his Father Ishiro didn't pay attention to him and had fallen into a state of extreme depression after losing his eldest son. Over the next couple of months Ishiro became more and more distant.

Then the tragic day occured.The Yoshido Clan Massacre... All of theninja in the Yoshido clan were murderd by a Rival Clan of ninja the killed them.......every single one of them. These men and women that were killed included his father Ishiro and mother Hikaru. He now lives with the Raikage but visit's the remains of his old home from time to time.

Appearance: Standing tall, Tenju is thin and wirey. He has long brown hair, which he keeps tied back in a loose ponytail. He posesses bright green eyes. He usually wears a black shirt that seems to sparkle, and black pants. He goes in sandals or barefoot. (I have yet to get a proper picture)
Personality: He always has his nose into everything. He is aware of everything that is going on, and usually tries to figure out how to turn it to his advantage. He is very lighthearted, and likes to help out, for a price.

_________ Needle Jutsu: Much like Haku's 1000 needles of ice, Tenju can conjure needles out of elements available to him. the more needles he makes, the more chakra it takes.

Blood Needle Jutsu: Works like the previous one, except Tenju makes needles from his blood. They are a bit stronger, and he can control their direction

Blood Javelin Jutsu: Tenju creates a long javelin from his blood. He can control its direction after he throws it, but the amount of chakra it takes is debilitating.

2. Genjutsu
Never one to have much time for genjutsu, Tenju focussed on being able to break it. He can use basic genjutsu.

3. Taijutsu
His close combat style is more of a brawl.

Specialty: Tenju is an expert in needles, carrying myriad about his person, some of them poisoned. He's known as the Needle Ninja


Biography: Tenju grew up in the Waterfall Village, in a familiy of elite ninja. Naturally, alot of pressure was put on Tenju as a child to live up to the family legacy. Tenju was not interested in doing so, and left as a teenager. He became a minor criminal, finding a niche in bouty hunting. He was rather close to Kakuzu of the Akatsuki in his youth.

'Sand Burial Jutsu'

Name: Rayex Kunokai/Uchiha (Read the bio and you'll know why)

Age: 35


Appearance: Having grown to from 5'1'' to a steady 6'0'' Rayex has longer white hair that reaches down past his shoulders just a little bit. His eyes are both solid silver, but sometimes revert to a crimson filled lust when incorporated by his fully matured sharingan eye. His clothing reside to a long black shirt with orange bands and pertruding collar with the fan of the Uchiha Clan with double kunai knives forming an 'X' behind the fan on his back. His matching pants are also black with orange bands at the end as well. There are two pouches to carry shinobi tools with being that Rayex is at constant to stay prepared now a days. The Kumo forehead protector of his father's is around his neck and bright orange and black goggles occupy his forehead. His image still portrays that of a young Jiraiya yet there are physical features that contrast relation. In most cases he has been given comments involving Orochimaru and Tsunade that were un settling.

Personality:
Growing alot with nearly three years to serve as his resolve, nothing like the guideless ambition that he sought in early years. His eyes have seen the darkside concerning his goals that he wishes to strive for, in a romantic sort of light he fawns for some one in particular. This brings up his developed perverted nature from Sano-daifu he picked up during their time when he was a young genin. Rayex's focus and will are unbridled, he has bonds that tie him to Konoha that he is incapable of severing beginning to mourn for leaving to train in order to persue Sano-daifu whom had been kidnapped nearly three years earlier. This determination, along with his grudge with his step-brother and donated sharingan user Mizuki Kunokai/Izou, fuel his ongoing ambition. This will undoubtebly be his fate, but he chooses to walk this road with an upbeat attitude in his times of being a bit of a numbskull. Succession to an adult seemed to shake off most of this past stress and he is more mature as of that.

Howaitonoizu: White Noise (A-rank, Offensive, Lightning) -Copied Reanimation-
This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to the rattling white noise thats incredibly loud, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes a electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows their enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, however this drawback can be avoided by using the Sharingan, or another kind of kekkei genkai that takes in each and every detail regardless how fast the user is moving.

Summoning Technique; Dragon Summon: (B-rank, Supplementary)
The summoning jutsu that requires the user to sign a blood contract that binds you to the summoning creature. Rayex entered this contract produced to him by his sensei, then capable of summoning Dragons.

Vorpal Orb (A-rank, Offensive, Supplementary)
This jutsu requires no hand seals to perform. It gathers chakra into the hand that froms into a ball about the size of a softball. Rayex can use this jutsu many ways. He can either throw it at an enemy since it will follow an enemies chakra signature until it slams into them causing damage, or rush the opponent with it and cause damage the way the rasengan does with a spinning chakra effect. This is the signature attack move of his previous sensei Sanosuke Uchiha.

Raifuuton Vorpal Orb: (S-rank, Offensive, Supplementary)
This technique combines Rayex's lightning and wind based chakra in combination with the vorpal orb. By doing so the attack is both sharped by the wind chakra enhancing its ability to pierce through matter. With the lightning as an additon it gives it the same properties and speed of rippling chakra making it light and maintaining speed. By far this jutsu is still in the pre-stages, about half way finished to be exact. Rayex later perfected this technique after learning how to manipulate wind chakra in a simultaneous fashion. After which the orb not only held his lightning nature, but a thick layer of wind was about the outside. The attack can be thrown and it seeks out the enemy, or detonated upon the user's whim. The explosion of direct contact eletrifies the flesh on the lightning being spiral to prevent any further movement whereas the wind slices through the tissues of the flesh severing all given nerves in responses to pain as such. It works and expands to fast locking them in a dome containing both natures as the rotation worsens the attack. The recipient would die in a matter of four seconds.

Lightning Style: Thunder Bang Jutsu: (C-rank, Offensive, Lightning)
This jutsu requires no handsigns but raw lightning nature itself converged and focused all on one point to combust purging from the index or any appointed finger blasting a wave of lightning nature towards a target. The amount of nature used depends on the chakra concentrated into the finger and dispersed manifesting the volume and mass of chakra used.

Raiton: Rai Ryuu Eredan (B-rank Offensive, Lightning)
After making the Howaitonoizu brimming in the user's palm, further handseals are made and the chakra focused into he palm is shifted as it takes the form of many miniature dragons that dance and disperse all converging on one target. The amount of chakra required to maintain it is relatively the same

Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
Utilizing a large amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth. When an Uchiha clan member masters this technique, they are recognized as an adult. This technique also seems to be fairly common amongst Konoha's Chunin-level ninja.

Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu: (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. While the technique is shown in the anime to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, in the manga it is shown to be nothing more than a small burst of flame running along a line of wire.

Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu: (C-rank Offensive, Fire)
This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, this jutsu is used as a distraction.

Katon: Hiya no Jutsu: Fire Style: Fire Arrow Jutsu (C-rank, Offensive, Fire) *sub jutsu*
Combusting the chakra from his palms into a working flamming bow, Rayex forms an arrow formed from chakra composed into a fire arrow and can shoot a target from over three hundred meters away. Rayex developed this jutsu originally from the Hosenka no Jutsu.

Sebun Daido Seal (Kekkai Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary): When Rayex's body is completely overtaken by his chakra irregularity changing his body a spectrum of colors all synchronizing with his own. Rayex at this point has no type of consciousness, his will takes over causing his body to act on its own. All his jutsu used while completely overwhelmed may or may not be sucessful. As a similar instant, the appearace of the 4th Tomoe sharingan was a result of this chakra awakening. Its hard to describe the unknown effects, even now Rayex doesn't really know how his irregularity works.

Sebun Daido Vorpal Orb (Kekkei Genkai, No Rank, Offensive: Applies the effects of the normal vorpal orb when infused with the power of the normal vorpal orb. Chakra pours into the hand at a rapid rate far surpassing the usual amount of chakra necessary to maintain it being of about twenty five percent. This exceeds that and intertwines with the normal principles of the vorpal orb making it as powerful as the properties of the chakra. This vorpal possesses the ablility tto decipate any type of demonic chakra that becomes aware.

[u]Youkai Giin[/i]: (Kekkei Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary) A one a day jutsu that requires 95% of the user's chakra. Chakra is accessed from every point of the body and gathered into one hand. It functions in different ways, at genin level and a certain chakra capacity, it explodes on the outer area of the flesh and ceases the excess chakra that doesn't fit the user's true chakra. When the chakra is much greater to say kage level, the orb of chakra becomes gray and five lights appear in the center. When thrusted into the flesh this time, the entire orb bonds with the flesh and sucks the chakra in along with it and the fingerprints left mark the Youkai Giin's seal. Its only useable for the person with the exact same chakra irregularity spectrum as Rayex's and his mother was the only other person's who's was the most identical.

Nuru Supeesu: Null Space (Kekkei Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary)
The ultimate technique of a sharingan user with this mangekyou sharingan that Rayex posseses. On the user's whim, the mangeyo opens a rift in a desired location that forcefully drags a person with the signature chakra of choice into the rift delocalizing them from the physical aspect of reality. In null space, it's as though a person is there and yet there not. They are invisible to the eyes of that world, no doujutsu is capable of detecting the presence of that user except one with the same mangekyou activated at the time. In null space, physical mass passes straight through that of the recipient. They are incapable of connecting with the physical world, but to go on living as a wandering astral projection of what was once where they lived. In null space at the far corners lie horrific storms of lightning that are all controlled by the user, even more so if the trapped recipient is struck by this plagued power, they become completely erased from existence. Unlike Kakashi's mangekyo that delocalizes mass and sending it to another location, this is more or less the perfection of it if both eyes were influence by the mangekyou at the sametime.

Genjutsu

Magen: Kyōten Chiten: (Kekkai Genkai, No Rank, Supplementary) Using the Sharingan's jutsu-copying abilities, like Itatchi and Sasuke, Rayex can reverse any genjutsu back on its original user by copying it, overpowering it, and reflecting it. However, this same principle doesn't apply to genjutsu crafted by other kekkai genkai such as Daaku's and Ayumi's sukoku burrakai.

Death Gaze: (B-rank, supplementary)
A fear based genjutsu what when Rayex pierces them with his eyes and crashing wave of force is sent towards the target with what appears to be unknown cuts tearing the flesh apart. The final piece being a kunai knife slammed directly in the forhead causing the enemy to lean back gaping like a stiff and petrified soul. For several minutes the foe is paralyzed with fear that is nearly impossible to overwhelm unless distracted by something else thats powerful enough to divert all of your attention at the sametime.

3. Taijutsu(s)

Kage Rendan: Shadow Batallion (A-rank, Offensive)
Utilizing the upward kick from Might Gai's Shadow of Dancing leaf techinique, the opponent is hurled into the air. Rayex then creates three kage bunshins, following up as the original leaps behind the soaring opponent hiding in their shadow. From their its a rotational movement of attacks, the first being the left leg is slammed across into the opponent's chest causing their body to rotate to the right opening their body up. The first replication then comes flying from the ground with a spinning screw kick into the opponents torso slamming them to bind with the left leg to interlock their body from escaping. The replication pushes off of the body and the next kick from the original from the right leg pivoting the body left. The second replication comes from under slamming a screw kick as the first one did into the torso of the opponent and then furiously pushes off. Rayex then slams his right arm into his opponent and flips on top of them as they rotate leaving himself within their shadow still. His left fist then connects with their back pushing them to fall faster than himself. The finaly clone jumps from directly below slamming both feet into the opponent and pushes off while Rayex comes down to finishi it off by grabbing their torso into the Falcon Dive slamming their head into the hard ground.

Shun-poe: Lightning Step (S-rank, Supplementary)
A high speed technique, which Rayex incorporates in select battles. The technique requires to release chakra on a whim to keep a constant speed that keeps the user moving so quickly, they seem to vanish. When Rayex uses this technique, the naked eye cannot trace such movements and even with a mildly evolved Sharingan, it is hard to trace the movements. This technique was produced under the teachings of Sanosuke Uchiha, Rayex's previous sensei and he taught this to a few other of his students.

Mi Ashimoto Shinkirou: Three Step Mirage (C-rank, Supplementary)
Moving at the speed of the shun-poe, Rayex's body is accelarted appearing to to create false perceptions to fool the peripheral sight of the eyes. The dash around in a circle spreading out to confuse the opponent, the series of images are moving so fast that a fully matured sharingan eye is barely able to follow the original being that wind chakra is used to create the false images all spiraling illusions that then become solid shadow or light clones to attack the target.

Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan/Sebun Daido Chikara

-Sharingan
is a special type of pupil condition that naturally occurs in all members of the Uchiha clan, though not all of them gain the ability to use it. Itachi hints at some dark ultimate purpose behind the Sharingan, which both he and Sasuke apparently know, but the series has yet to reveal exactly what that purpose is. The Sharingan is thought to be descended from the Byakugan, but grants the user different abilities and a different insight.

The Sharingan's first and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses. It can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. In addition to physical skill, the Sharingan cannot allow the user to reproduce other kekkei genkai since the Sharingan user doesn't possess the same genetic trait. Additionally, Sharingan users cannot summon a creature which they have not made a contract with.

The Sharingan also grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The ability to track and predict movement is largely based on individual skill, as unskilled users have much more trouble tracking fast-moving objects. A fully-evolved Sharingan eye can track all but the quickest opponents, even if the user can't move at the same speed. This perception is also great enough to see through genjutsu, depending upon the skill of the user, and the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Sharingan grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty. Rayex is also able to reproduce answers on another person's test by watching their pencil movements during the Chunin Exam. (He copied off a Chuunin disguised as a genin).

Finally, the Sharingan is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future.

The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation, where the power of the Sharingan could save the user. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time he or she pleases. (Due to its unique nature, Kakashi's Sharingan cannot be deactivated, and thus he usually covers it to conserve chakra.) The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, known as the "tomoe seal". It is not unheard of for a Sharingan user to have different amounts of tomoe in each eye.

Where as the normal fully matured sharingan stops at three tomoe seals, Rayex's has mutated in combination with his Sebun Daido Chikra to enhance his sharingan. The appearance of the fourth tomoe seal can be done by will and used interchangely between the 3rd and 4th Tomoe seal. The chakra consumption is still minisucle, the special properties of the 4th Tomoe sharingan is able to track even the fastest of movements. For example, Rayex uses his new sharingan to track the movements of Daaku during their training over two years and neutralizes his taijutsu attempts. However there is a draw back to using the 4th Tomoe Sharingan, being that if Rayex should burn off his total amount of chakra thats naturally his, he looses control of his sebun daido chikara and it consumes his eyes and causes adverse effects to his eyesight that are still unclear.

The normal properties of the sharingan such as the hypnotic eye and piercing eye are pushed to their capacity. This heightened sharingan exceeds the capabilities of even Itatchi's sharingan. It can copy the movment of an opponent just by glancning and commit it to memory. The hypnotic prospect is so great to the extent where Rayex can appear in another person's mind that his eyes come in contact with basically powerful genjutsu boost as well. The fourth Tomoe is capable of resisting the death gazing stare of the Mangekyou sharingan's Tsukuyomi and not being completely overwhelmed to a certain extent.

Mangekyou Sharingan:
"Kaleidoscope" is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. However, unlike the Sharingan, it may have a different appearance between the users, as Kakashi's version is significantly different than Itachi's. Those who have the potential to obtain it must make a great sacrifice in order to obtain it-according to Itachi, they must kill their closest friend. Itachi does in fact do this to obtain his version, but Kakashi has noted that everyone he cared about had died long before the start of the series, so how he developed his own variant is unknown. It has also been implied in the manga that use of the Mangekyo Sharingan may deteriorate the user's normal eyesight. (Incomplete)

Rayex's Mangekyou Sharingan-
Rayex's mangekyou activates with all of his tomoe seals converging in the center of his eye all at the sametime. The tomoe seals arc in a position at the center swirling together making a spiraling vortex that seems to spin the entire time the mangekyo is activated. While spinning the mangekyo sharingan gives Rayex incredible clarity. A special ability imparticular giving him the magnitude to look into the future with peak accuracy. As mere miliseconds in the real world appear to past several minutes seem to fly by as he peeks ahead to what the recipient as well as Rayex himself plans to do. In the event that normal sharingan anticipation of chakra movement fails, Rayex uses this insight to predict so far ahead that he is capable of altering this vision and nullify attacks that are expected to happen.

The second ability of the mangekyou sharingan is the passage of time stops completely on his whim and his body is free to move about the generalized area. In reality, his body is accelerated to the strike of a bolt of lightning and as he moves appears to be in the same spot to everyone else around him. This last for a set time period and is as brief as a strike of a bolt of lightning itself. Time shifts back slowly as the phase of the mangekyou ends all in that instant. However this is fairly damaging to the body as it takes a serious amount of calories that are burned off which will run out within five seconds. Rayex substitutes his excess chakra to compensate the needed energy to sustain his physical mass so he doesn't tear away from his own technique.


Sebun Daido Chikara; 7 Colored Energy:
The shukiri gekke is a chakra irregularity found in extremely isolated portion of the Uchiha Clan. This was a mutation in the chakra system that fills it with seven colored chakra, the way it develops is by a mix of different emotions. The first stage of the Sebun Daido Chikara is that the body has the feeling of the second chakra and burns a mark in the form of a windmill on the user's arm. The first chakra to surface is yellow chakra, this is the first surplus and one of the most unstable, its triggered by great pain and struggle. The second chakra is the green chakra, it is the second phase as the windmill mark expands and engulfs the right arm of the user. It is triggered by jealousy and envy and consumes the weilder with unbridled emotion. The third stage is the release of purple chakra, the mark then spreads across the user's torso and emits the purple glow. It is triggered grief, the feeling that you have failed someone and a helpless thought remains. The fourth stage is the release crimson chakra, the mark receeds down the user's leg and emits a crimson glow. Its triggered by intense levels of anger to match its power. The fifth stage is the release of white chakra, in which the the mark receeds to cover the user's other leg. Triggered by a sense of calm, when the weilder can see the light within their distorted emotion. The sixth stage is the release of black chakra, as the user has felt the calm and seen the goodness inside, their is also a darkened desire connceting them to the evil within. The marks cover the right arm and then scale up the neck. The seventh and final stage is when their is a union with all the chakra, all with the initial blue that everyone has. As they combine the user capable of using them all at the same time in one final assualt dubbed the "Rokirigan" When all chakra stages have been reached and sucessfully unlocked, is user can go in and out of each stage of chakra by wil. Choosing to meld them together to create new and refined jutsu for a new scale of manipulation of chakra.

That seemingly unnoticeable pain. The yellow array of physical and spiritual power encompassed the dome of sand and was then surrounded. Leaking from his right arm, the sebun daido seal took hold as it dispersed seven colors which seemed to expand and build doubling in capacity with each layer, then tripling, then quadrupling, and so on.

Nidaime Ki. [Second Release]

Looming into the fields of jealously. The green layer emerged and briskly solidified unto the skin of the shinobi as that with the yellow layer. With this addition, it greatly heightened the freedom of movement giving his body the capability to handle more dangerous atomic shifts of the shun-poe pushing it to the capacity of eighty five percent. This requires only a half step to perform on a will traveling several miles rivaling the nanosecond.

Sandaime Ki. [Third Release]

The next trigger, grief. Following the green layer came the purple layer which solidified into the skin adding it's own effects. At this time the overall capacity of physical and spiritual energy increased by quadrupling from the previous which would put him on par with that of a super-classed elite utilizng the gates power. The vision is enhanced as the true effect giving peak clarity to all given forms of power, pressure, and energy alike. It also puts a restraint on the recoil effects of the mangekyou's blinding side effect.

Yondaime Ki [Fourth Release]

The burning sensation known as anger. The layer of red energy merging into the flesh just as the others did left the increments of the seal to burn a bright red. As this seemed to expanded the capacity as a default what else was amplified where the five basic natured techniques also heightening physical strength for flexibility.

Godaime Ki [Fifth Release]

Lying within be the deep sense of purity. A white layer melding with the flesh as well providing a basic increase in capacity exceeding the last by the same level of the release. The special effects of this release include wiping all present distractions, fears, memories, and inadequacies from the mind and mask them from even the greatest of telepaths.

Rokudaime Ki [Sixth Release]

Hiding at the very pit of his conscious lay impurity. The black layer of assorted physical and spiritual energies give birth to this densest of them yet covering his body in a thick layer. Besides the default of capacity expansion, the most noted effect of this layer is that it serves to fly off by means of defense and reacts to halt attacks of the physical variety.

Nanadaime Ki [Seventh Release]

The disease isn't something that can be found outside the Uchiha clan, but when a person is born with an unstable chakra network there tends to be an internal matrix that stores reserve chakra from birth. That surplus mutates depending on the chakra element of the user. Rayex's birth element wasn't distinguished until he was a genin, so from birth it was presumed white chakra. From that white chakra a spectrum to the seven different colors. Rayex is also capable of manipulating the shape and form of the chakra, but it noticabley is reflected in his sharingan. When all six tomoe seals on his eyes are activated with the different colors, it tends to distort his vision.

The final effect that has been noted thus far is that the chakra is capable of expanding to different colors other than the initial seven colors. This has been carefully analyzed as Rayex gained the ability to use five additional chakra over the time-skip. Thus broadening his abilities as well as certain insight with using other chakra elements.

-Early Childhood
Born in Konoha, better known as The Village Hidden In The Leaves, Rayex was an Uchiha with much potential. His mother, Misha Uchiha was plagued with the chakra irregularity known as the Sebun Daido Chikara, shortly after Rayex's birth they had discovered this and she was immediately defected from the clan to prevent any spreading of the unknown disease. With this, his father whom Rayex never knew was left to part from his wife and only son.

As the Years passed Rayex began to grow fond of the world, his mother would encourage him and aid him whenever he needed it. Though he was still young, his mother met another man whom became Rayex's stepfather. He was a Kumogakure shinobi by the name of Mukaro Kunokai. His father at the time was a jounin, but his background was shakey and a bit shady. To Misha he was the father figure Rayex would follow, but Mukaro had a disdain for Rayex. To be burdened with a child to take care of became an irritant for Mukaro, but his mother managed to draw his attention. Rayex at the age of 4, began to watch his mother execute ninjutsu and he became fascinated with the site of it. He was eager to try it, but he didn't know how to control his chakra, just make the handsigns. From the shadows his stepfather would laugh at how pathetic Rayex seemed to be doing this underdeveloped. Rayex balled, and could never understnd why he was insulted so harshly. Eventually he began to cope with his idiotic remarks and it didn't bother him as much.

A year later, Rayex turned five and began to familiarize himself with chakra by reading books on how to control it. With many weeks of practicing and toiling he was able to release bits and pieces of his own chakra. He moved on to releasing it in jutsu his mother taught him and manage to be successful. His father felt an unusual anger that a mere child could enact ninjutsu at such a young age. It was like an unknown hate for such a trivial reason. He would go off and attack Rayex for no reason and leave him beaten mildly. Rayex would cry to his mother, but he would just give her nonchallant look like it was an accident and she let it slide almost every time.

One day came when Rayex was training in the forest doing a substitution jutsu when his father was watching him unknown to Rayex. A kunai came flying out of nowhere and almost hit Rayex if he hadn't used the substituion. He stared in confusion as his father stood over him with such a bold and blood lust look in his eyes. Rayex's body was vibrating violently, sensing his life could end at any given moment. As his fist came down he knocked Rayex into a tree and spoke, "Your just a hopeless little Uchiha who will never become anything...all you do is rely on your eyes and nothing else....your not fit to be a Kunokai..." As his father finished his statement he charged Rayex with a drawn kunai and was set to stab Rayex as he was still fixated to the tree. An impulse happened within Rayex and his eyes filled with a scarlet color with black tomoe seals, he could see his father clearly and pushed himself off the tree and glided into his chest with a fierce headbutt that knocked him back. Rayex stood over him with the sharingan eyes shaking violently that he attacked his step father. Mukaro then had a look of despise in his eyes and got up and left Rayex with a message, "One day...you'll die by my hands....never forget that."

It was then the next day that Rayex came home to an empty house, he found a note left by his mother that said they went to shop for food. Rayex sat in the empty house all day, but no one came back. It was like that until he felt completely alone. His neighbors the Hotsuke's took notice this and reported it to the Hokage, he then set it up that they would serve to look over Rayex until he was old enough to attend the academy. Rayex met his first friend Ditonke Hotsuke, whom he grew up with and even went to the academy with. The years may have gone by, but Rayex still felt a sense of calm, but mourned that his mother never returned.

-Academy Student/Genin Background
The years slowly slipped by as he grew up under the watch of the Hotsuke household and his bestfriend Ditonke. The two would fight non stop with each other, but Ditonke would always win. No suprise as he was developing his kekke genkai that didnt have a name, but he could little by little manipulate water making it nearly impossible to touch him in a body of water. Rayex could access the sharingan at the time, it only happened to come to him when his body was in danger. As he turned eight him and Ditonke stood atop the roof of their apartment complex and looked at another with fierce intensity. Each pulled out kunai and held it in their hands, the two lept off the ground and charged one another going back to back at the other with full force. They had learned weapon practice in a about their first year at the academy. Both still young it was a training excercise, but they took it seriously since they competed practically all the time.

Finally the last year of the academy had come about, Rayex was 12 years old and in the top three not far behind sasuke. With the graduation exams, he earned his right to call himself a Konoha shinobi. Assigned to to squad 5 Kurute Nagara, their jounin squad leader. He was among other things, obsessed with Anko, the 2nd proctor for the chunin exams and leader in a head division of the ANBU Black Ops. He worked his team that consisted of Ryoku Ryutaro and Marx Matok. One with an attitude fitting a certain Uchiha we all know, and the other was wel....a little odd with some qualities of Naruto. This became the twelve genin to actually be accept when it was usually the traditional nine. Still things only served to grow weirder for the squad.

Kurute sensei proved to be a bit of a hardass and made Rayex, Marx, and Ryoku work much harder than most genin. They would run laps through the forest...WITH WEIGHTS ON! Rayex would collapse after a good twenty while the other passed him by. He didn't feel like getting left in the dust so he got up and perservered pushing himself even past his limits. With their team came missions, more or less the usual low class D-Rank's that Lord Hokage would assign them. They finished them in practically half the time expected of normal genin. Until the day they had been assigned their first C-rank mission which was to escort a man and his daughter to the village hidden in the sand. They were originally from the Hidden Cloud village, but were being hunted down by assassins sent from there.

Through the mission, Rayex had an encounter with Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari. The cream of the crop genin of Suna's rookie's, Gaara who possessed a cold and devil like stare would gaze at him as though he were nothing. Ryoku having crossed path's with im seemed to have tension with his past that he mentioned to Rayex. Still that wasn't much less from distracting them from their mission. Kurute their sensei actually vanished for a while they were there, and they ran into an old rival of his. Sanoske Uchiha, he appeared to be a sand ninja that had a perverted vibe going on when Rayex saw him chasing girls while he was drinking ice tea. it was weird, but he had a burst to mess with him and caused him to loose the girl he was chasing. Pissed off, Rayex was feeling cocky at the time and challenged Sano, his lightning against his sand to see if he could bring Rayex down. To challenge a Jounin left him head up in the sand with the head hunter's jutsu. Lucky for Rayex, Ryoku came in to his aid and they eventually came to a calm. Rayex spoke of Kurute whom Sano recognized as his rival and called the squad weak. He was eager to train them not to be so reckless like they were now. Rayex at first didn't want to accept the training, because he had thoughts of his father whom had challenged the squad since he was to take the life of the travelers.

When the day had arrived, the squad ended up having to fight not only the band of assassins, but their commrad Marx who's sharingan was sealed and rendered useless. He was trapped within a genjutsu and his Chaos beast was set loose to destroy his teamates. Rayex had to fight his own father which nearly whiped him out. Father and son struggle went on as they matched each other with thunder jutsu, eventually Rayex overcame his father with the special kunai style the Kunokai's were renowned for and stabbed him below his heart and he dropped beginning to die slowly. He began to die slowly and speak to his son with words of regret, apologizing for the way he treated Rayex, but he was cruel for a reason. Telling him not to rely so heavily on his sharingan eyes as his sensei would soon tell him. Taking this to heart, he turned to his friend whom was still under the influence of the genjutsu and his chaos beast was freed. The Sebun Daido Chikara spun violently on his arm and he released stage one of his chakra building up enough to do the demon seal jutsu (Youkai Giin) he forcefully slammed it into Marx's chest, at genin level it was only enough to weaken the demon within, but it was enough to break the genjutsu on on Marx and Rayex collapsed not sure he would awake.

When he came too, Marx was gone and Ryoku too. Sano was over him as he told Rayex earlier something valuable that he didn't listen to. He arose to carry his father whom had finally fallen and bury him properly. Sano appeared behind him to ask him a question of his feelings toward his father. Though he despised rayex, that didn't stop him from caring for him. With that settled, Marx had vanished and his body was surely in the worst shape among all of them. Searching for it they found it, but his inner self was gone? Taking it to the hospital they came across a truely strange female that called herself Merin. Rayex and Sano could see that this was instantly Marx in a females body. His was beat up so he used the mind transfer jutsu to jump into another body temporarily. Later that day rayex finally accepted Sano's training, to prepare him for the Chunin exams. They soon returned to Konoha and commenced almost immediately and for the next 4 days, it was pretty much a living hell with Sano in the village. he met a young jounin that lead Hinata, Kiba, and Shino's squad. Kurenai, he was swooned and they started and increasingly weird relationship among Jounin. Sano began to train Rayex for the next five days at the last minute for the chuunin exams that were to start. Upon their training excercise their was a figure that graced them with his presence, he was later known as Daaku Raito. Somewhat intrigued by Rayex, he knew that he was already different from most Uchiha's with just a glance of his pitch black eyes. Rayex of course was a little freaked by this and it made him shake when he first saw it.

The chuunin exams kicked off with a written exam with a hardass proctor who specialized in psychological torture. He tried to crack and rattle the minds of all the young participants. Rayex had been seated beside Hinata Hyuuga and next to her was Naruto Uzumaki. He watched with some sort of indication as Naruto was shaking during the test seeing as putting pencil to paper wasn't exactly his thing. Rayex was able to get the answers from a man sitting in front of him writting with pencil and paper at incredible speed. He used his sharingan to copy the pencil to paper movements and managed to gather the needed nine answers before the suprise tenth question. When the time came to reveal the tenth question, the stakes were high with the proctor adding a new rule to scare the genin. Many walked out of fear of never passing and being stuck as a genin for the rest of their lives. Naruto had his own little outburst that gave the others some positive reinforcement and they managed to stay. With the shock of the first exam, it ended when the proctor announced that there was no tenth question. It was after that nobody but Anko came flying through the window nearly shattering it to pieces on this massive kite she crafted announcing the second exams would be tomorrow at the issued training ground.

The next day, Rayex and his team reported to the said training ground. Within the silence came the academy student of Iruka currently to interview team seven. Rayex sat to the side and preferred to wait. He was watching from a tree as their was a cocoon sitting out in the open crafted with purple aura. Rayex out of boredom was curious to see what was inside and he ended up using a fire jutsu to attempt smashing it open. He watched as whoever was inside shattered the cocoon and revealed themself. He introduced himself to be Raito Adaku a cloud ninja. Rayex wasn't fooled being that he already knew who it was and he smiled and made a remark about him not having a shirt on. Raito testing Rayex's abilities attempted to slice off his body with a sharp disc of the sorts, Rayex managed to avoid this by using the kage buyo signature to rock lee that was initially sharingan copied by Rayex, but his body was trained to endure half the strain so he was capable of moving. As the interview ended, Anko announced they would be starting at twelve o'clock and Rayex, Ryoku, Merin, and Arashi had gathered the scroll and roamed to their gate to wait for it to open.

As the gates flew open, every team went flying inside with the objective of capturing a contrasting scroll. The twin two tomoe sharingan emerged in Rayex eyes as he was leading the group into the forest with the objective of capturing an earth scroll. He soon halted movement as he wanted to keep his team out of causualties this early on in. Rayex couldn't forsee what would happen next as he ended walking into a trap set up by a former student of Sano's. He trapped the others in a genjutsu while jumping through and grabbing Rayex taking him away from the group. Rayex didn't know what to expect from this guy at first, to him it seemed as though he was just a little bit older than him. Rayex couldn't blink for a second as his movements were way too fast to track even with his sharingan. It occurred to Rayex that he wasn't strong enough to handle one of Sano's students at his current level, he left him with words suggesting that he was slow. His disappearance was as mysterious as he had reappeared, Rayex felt broken at the time, as though he couldn't seem to win. He hadn't shown Sin the other aspect of his body, the chakra mutation that his mother bares as well.

It wasn't much after when Raito had challenged Rayex most likely wanting to test his current level of skill. This was something that Rayex couldn't seem to avoid, tension in the forest of death as Arashi had been bitten by an unusual man leaving a three tomoe seal on his neck. He was unconsious and yet Rayex had to rest him down at a safe spot as he stepped up to accept Raito challenge. The two stepped up as Raito had made the first move twirling his blades as light began to gather rapidly. In the event Rayex had launched a grand fireball to subdue the attack as he came spiraling through the flame slamming his katana with impending force upon Raito's. This took him by suprise in a sense, but he knew exactly what he was doing when fighting Rayex. Trying to gain distance between himself and Raito, Rayex leapt off to dash through the trees. Watching him closely, Raito created four light clones to watch Rayex's movements as he was preparing for an attack of his own. The light clones were much stronger than normal shadow clones, Rayex in the event copied the cloning technique and used it to distract two of the other clones while he made quick work of the other two.

Tracing his steps back, a large concentration of chakra revealed to him by his sharingan could detect that Raito was planning something unusually devastating. Clenching his palms, he released a wave of chakra from his palms and Rayex dodge the beam as it took out an entire tree. The two continued to toil back and forth, Rayex was obviously having the harder time as Raito had around him a barrier of somesort nullifying ninjutsu and genjutsu. Rayex already using his first layer of chakra felt himself falling from the trees as Raito dropped him. An untapped source came rushing to the surface as the shroud green chakra engulfed him as his head lifted back towards Raito full force. With a sunashin, he vanished before his burakkuai active eyes and slammed his left foot forcefully into his chin. Rayex had then created three shadow clones and from the Shadow of Dancing Leaf taijutsu he crafted a new combo, the Kage Rendan was born! Shattering Raito's defense and planting his head into the ground he would surely be angered with no questions asked.

Raito had then created more light clones and he trapped Rayex within a glowing ball of illuminating chakra. He told him that if it touched the ground it would explode along with him inside of it. Rayex braced himself as he was being kicked back and forth inside by Raito and the light clones. It was then one of them missed causing the ball to slam into the ground and explode creating a massive crater in the ground. Rayex was presumed dead, but as the smoke cleared an imperfect ball of sand was breaking apart and Rayex was still standing. He stared death in the face and came out alive, drawing the sand back he became aware that he had enough chakra for one more attack and thats it. He had admitted that Raito even weakened was incredibly powerful, on jounin sub-par to his current chuunin tai, nin, and bloodlimit skills.

Across the treetops Rayex performed seals and placed his palm down to the branched as the remaining excess of his chakra reserves was being poured into his right palm The appearance was green and the noise wasn't a normal 'Bachibachi' from the chidori seeing as Rayex hadn't perfected the nature manipulation he still called it chidori. Raito's body had begun to change as an orb of chakra formed in his hand, spiraling with a swirl it became pink. As the two attacks reached their peak, the both of them leapt off the branches of the trees and slammed them into one another and they melded fiercely pushing the other back and forth. Rayex could feel himself slipping as blood began to pour down his palm as a sign that he still hadn't perfected the technique when it came to maintaining it, it was ripping apart in his right palm. A spherical dome appeared around the two as the attacks waged back and forth still for at least three minutes. When it came that Raito was certain he had prevailed he pushed away the sametime Rayex did. Slamming intensely into a tree Rayex slid down onto the branch as his hand was bleeding, Arashi beside him and Merin shocked from watching he calmed down.

Not long afterwards, Raito decided to help Rayex and his team at the least. They came across Ryoku in the midst of a fight with four sound ninja who had run into squad seven a ways back in the forest of death. Raito stepped in to aid him while Rayex was asleep, there was a loud noise that seemed to wake him up and his eyes traveled. It was already the morning of the second day and they had yet to retrieve an earth scroll. It wasn't until a little while after that they managed to find one by taking on a combined team of cloud and water shinobi. Setting off for the tower after releiving the teams of their earth scroll they approached the tower and walked through the doors with three more days to spare. Rayex's team used the time to rest up for when the third exam would begin prior to about three more days of course.

3 days later.......

The sandaime hokage-sama addressed the genin from the various villages about the starting of the matches. However, this was only the preliminaries meaning only a set few could advance to the final tournament being the best of the best one month later. Hayate Gekko was the 3rd exam proctor who determined the winners of the illedged matches. It was incredible to see how perfect the chakra control was amongst the number of genin participating which made Rayex a little bit nervous. He enjoyed watching Sasuke rip through Yoroi in the first match, as well as Ryoku show his true colors when fighting Kabuto. He was using an even stronger source of demonic energy that wasn't nearly as weak as his last release. It made Rayex a bit uneasy that Ryoku had gotten this strong seeing as he always left him in the dust. The matches continued, Sakura and Ino resulted in a draw as well as Naruto beating Kiba with no problems. One match in particular was a spectacle if any, it was Arashi Yondaime matched up agaisnt Adaku Raito.

True Raito applied the evil sealing method to supress the effects of the seal on his neck, but it managed to erode away with the help of Genji. Their fight continued on for quite a while as Rayex could see that Raito spared no expense as Arashi was seriously pushing it with the aid of Genji. The curse seal went into effect and took control over his body. The match continued leaving gruesome results as Arashi was destroyed by Raito making it seem like he was the bad guy for pushing back his demon chakra.

When Rayex's match finally came he was incredibly enthusiatic as his turn came around. His fist clenched shut as he would clash with what appeared to be a hidden clound shinobi Yoshido Kaito. As he approached the ring at the center he was rather unyielding at Kaito's abilities having seen him tango with Daaku revealing his wind jutsu making it somewhat obvious. Upon calling the match to start, Rayex wasted little time as he used the ceiling in his fight to jump from place to place.

The match had been long as well as toiling for Rayex as he had been putting just about everything into his fight. Not to mention the devestation he brought upon Kaito with the slamming of the white noise through his chest as he bled from the right shoulder what it seemed. Tears of sadness had poured from his face having not wishing for such an outcome he was on his knees begging for Kaito's unlikely forgiveness. Rayex later was awaken to the reality of this devastation by Sano-sama, doubling for his past. After this dispute with student and teacher they paid the injured combatants.

After this time there was the incident with Daaku challenging Sano as well as the mission to the hidden cloud village. It was on the mission that Rayex met someone of utmost importance being that he as the blood son of his step father Mukaro Kunokai. Threatening to take his life which all seemed to happen so fast. His eyes had evolved from the experience, and he was able to see, yet his body was far too slow to adapt and he was nearly killed in the process if not for Daaku and Sano. The Raikage took a severe shot to the back on the left side hitting his lung and missing his heart. The hidden cloud village was going through some tough times from there on in.

The chuunin exam finals weren't all that great a day to say the least. Rayex was atleast happy at the fact that he won hi s match but disappointed and suprised at what was going on. Having come to the realization that Sano-daifu had missed his fight. This seem to drive him nuts being that he taught him so much over the month yet it was that he wasn't in attendance. Going out he found him in a bloody mess healed by Daaku having fought all of his former students at one time, leaving Sakkaku dead and Sin alive while Orion escaped with Tsukimi. What made the day worse was the appearance of Arashi Yondaime and Tomie Raito, Daaku's sister. She ended up doing the one thing that set rayex off, that happened to be kidnapping his daifu. Beaten and battered from his battle with Arashi, Rayex was numb and couldn't do anything but watch what was going on. He felt unbridled rage as the day died and they were nowhere insight.

The next day all the shinobi in konoha gathered for the third hokage's funeral. He was killed in battle and the reason wasn't released to the village chuunin and below with the villagers.

It was only a few months later that the village had replaced the hokage with the appointed godaime-sama Tsunade. This was Daaku's wife with a short temper that argued considerably against her appearance. Rayex had to go through tough negotiations in asking to leave Konoha all in the pursuit of Sano-daifu. She only agreed b/c Daaku stepped forward and ofered to watch over him for that amount of time. Rayex didn't want to accept this at the time and hastily was quick to leave on his own only to be defeated by Ryoku by serious means. Daaku stood over him and picked his body and rested it on his back as he took off towards Konoha, managing to wake-up Rayex urged him not to go back. he didn't want to stay and the only way he had the option of leaving was if he went with Daaku. So the path was set.

-2 and a half years arc:
Quite alot has happened over the time that Rayex has trained with Daaku-senapai. In there travels, for about two years straight, they visted the hidden snow, grass, rock, mist, sand, waterfall, rain, and mountain villages. Over this time the setting was always changing accompanying Rayex with a vast knowledge for the different styles of shinobi and their ways of life. The training was brutal, Daaku taught Rayex to perfect his manipulation of lightning nature. In this event he developed a whole new scale of jutsu in that set field as well as his own fire jutsu depicting his clan's specialty.

At the age of fourteen Rayex then challenged Daaku for the first time while he was in the process of mastering lightning chakra even still. It was at this time that his chakra had been pretty much wonky and out of his hands. The evolution of his kekkei genkai has broadened three new colors since he left, a shade of dark pink, cerulean, as well as mahogany colored charka. The seal began to act up on Rayex as he was testing his new jutsu the vorpal blade still only about thirty percent completed. Its stability was uncerntain as Rayex and Daaku fought. The seal had overwhelmed him as he lashed out the vorpal blade that was burning his hands from its imperfect state. This ulitimately ended with one swift strike from Daaku as Rayex fell not having his sharingan active. The first challenge to Daaku seemed to be a waste as it ended in such a flash.

Roughly twelve months later when Rayex turned fifteen he attempted to challenge Daaku again. Only this time they had been in the hidden cloud village with his duties as a sensei still intact with his team of Kaito, Hotaru, and Aiko which Rayex had the pleasure of renewing himself with. Over the next year that they trained before coming back, Rayex's chakra had been influencing his vision with a meager distortion of sight. Becoming at the least crisp, sharp, and much more refined with his sharingan. Something he had yet to show Daaku as he discovered this out for himself. With a total of about twelve colors on the spectrum of his sebun daido chikara. At this time, five colors had spread simultaneously weakening his consciousness. He came at Daaku with the full intention of death to spring upon him. The use of the vorpal blade a second time only having it about fifty percent complete this time, the damage didn't strike him to hold it. Firing that wave of pure chakra at Rayex, the vorpal blade cut straight through it and he was still running towards him. The sharingan again wasn't present as it would activate when Daaku used his warp speed to particle shift. With the use of some crazy ass jutsu, Daaku incapacitated Rayex to the point where his body was covered in hiw own blood and the seal was rusing over his face. Taking precautions, Daaku then applied the evil sealing method to help suppress Rayex's full potential of chakra that could end up killing him being that he used 5/12ths already. Sitting in the hospital for five days, Rayex didn't seem to wake up for the longest time.

Years have passed since his days as a genin and chuunin and he serves under the Rokudaime Uzumaki Naruto-sama. He has a seven year old child by his wife Ayumi Raito who is harboring a new doujutsu that will prove something extraoridnary in later years. Assogmed to Squad one only recently, he has yet to meet those within his newly appointed team.

His eyes are died a deep dark purple, almost black. He is wearing a tan long sleeved shirt, rolled at the sleeves, fish net can be seen past the sleeves and by his neck. He has black pants that end above his ankles, where he has wrappings. His sandals are black as well. He has tan belt wrapped around his waist, one end of it falling down his side to about his knees. His head band rests on his left upper arm.

Personality:Hotaru has an outgoing and carefree personality. He doesn't take anything but his training seriously. He loves to train and fight. In the past few years he has matured, but not enough to stop him from pulling variouse pranks on different people. He is very competitive when it comes to something that he can win at. Be it a fight, or a game, he loves to win, and gets a mild temper when he looses. He's very capable of going completely nuts in a fight but even as he gets more intense, he still wants reassurance from the people around him. When Hotaru realy gets into a battle, and gets realy serious, he will tie his head protector on his forhead, instead of on his arm.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
Being a forbidden and advanced NinJutsu, few people know this technique perfectly. It is listed in the Scroll of Seals, but still some advanced ninjas (such as Kakashi) know this technique. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu; the main function is to create clones.

Chakra Hadou no Jutsu(Chakra Surge Jutsu)- Hotaru releases a small amount of electricity from his hands that flows out in the form of tiny sparks that are able to stun enemies for a brief period of time, but also cause light damage.

Raiton: Lightning Arrow- Hotaru opens his palms, and concentrates on his chakra, forming an arrow in his hand. Hotaru enters his lightnig element, and a lightning arrow shoots out of his palm. After used once, arrows will shoot out at will, needing no more concentration. The jutsu lasts for 24 hours, then in order to use the jutsu once more, Hotaru would need to concentrate again.

Raiton: Myaku Baasuto no Jutsu(Lightning Release: Pulse Burst Jutsu)- This is both a taijutsu and ninjutsu skill that involves covering the base of the feet, or hands with electricity to cause a shock that disrupts the nerves in an opponent when they are hit. This can cause paralysis, and in some cases instant death……..~Lightning~ A-rank

Raiton- Jishakute no Jutsu (Thunder Element: Magnet Hand Technique)-A basic ninjutsu in which the user forces chakra into the hand, creating a strong magnetic current. Small steel objects are drawn towards the hand, and allow the user to grab things located on a distance, and can also help the user catch kunai or shuriken aimed for him/her out of the air.

Raiton: Shuurai (Lightining Strike)
The sky gets dark, this allows the user 10 minutes to control the lightning. The user is able to make the lightning strike when and where he or she wants. (Attack)

Raiton: Lightning Clone Jutsu
Similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu, this jutsu has a base of which to clone. The clones start out bieng lightning, and soon gain the charactersitics of Hotaru. The clones gain twice as much power when the Raiton: Shuurai (Lightining Strike) jutsu is in affect. When destroyed, unlike the Shadow Clone Jutsu, the clones send an electrical charge through the person who destroyed them, which may cause a few seconds of parslisation. (Defensive/Attack)


Raiton: Lightning Shield
Creates a wall of lightning that can withstand an A-rank jutsu. The wall can deflect enemy attacks with lightning added. If hit enough times, the shield will explode, and send an elextrical charge into anyone that comes in contact with the bolts of lightning that shoot out. (Defensive/Attack)

Raiton: Lightning Claw
Hotaru summons an immense clawed hand similar to that of a Lightning pheonix, and attacks his enemy with it. Hotaru uses his hand to control the clawed hand and does not lose consciousness.

Hotaru creates one lightning clone while running at the opponant. The clone appears a little bit behind the opponant, and begins to run as well. The two running forces the opponant to step to the side. Hotaru makes as if he's about to run into the clone, making the opponant believe he'll get the blast. The clone jumps over Hotaru, and he grabs the clones legs or hands. He spins with the clone, hurling it to the opponant. The clone pulls out a kunai and stabs itself when it's close enough to the opponant. This causes it to blow up, and send shocks through the opponant, paralizing him. 2.Shihou Hapou Shuriken no Maki
A Taijutsu technique where the ninja creates a quantity of Kage Bunshin (shadow clones). They collectively leap into the air and simultaneously hurl a multitude of shuriken and kunai at their opponent, raining steel upon them.

Biography: Hotaru was born into the Cloud Village. At his birth, his mother fell ill. Hotaru was supposed to be one of three triplets, but to his knowledge, the other two died, due to his mother's sickness. Hotaru grew up with his father, and his father's three pupils. Although they were a few years older than him, they still hung out with Hotaru. His father put him into the ninja academy, hoping he would be the best of Shinobi, better than him. Hotaru's father was sent out on a lot of missions, leaving Hotaru by himself for days upon days. This would go on for a while, his father would leave, Hotaru would be alone, then he would come back. Hotaru's father was disgraced by his village, because he failed to complete a mission in favor of saving one of his pupils. Because of the shame he felt, Hotaru's father commited suicide. Hotaru was told his father was killed by Sound ninja, so he began to have dreams of the event taking place, and eventualy believed he was there when he was murdered, which he wasn't.

Hotaru continued his training, hoping to become a better ninja than his father, and not bare the same fate he had. Hotaru grew up hating the sound village, not knowing the true death of his father, which he would later find out. Hotaru be-friended an Uchiha boy, but after attempting to perfect his lightning jutsu, he was killed. Hotaru swore he would never use his jutsu to such a hight. After graduating from the ninja acadamy, he was assigned a Jounin squad leader, one that matched the strength of Kakashi and Guy. He also had two teammates, who he loved dearly. On an A-rank mission, Hotaru was faced with the same situation his father was in. He had found out that the true death of his father was caused because of what he had done. Hotaru's teammate had come close to dieng, but Hotaru abandoned his mission to save him. Hotaru's sensei told him that what his father had done was an honorable thing to do. Hotaru failed to save him though. His teammate had been murdered. In a last ditch effort to save them all, Hotaru's sensei told him to use his most powerful jutsu, which ended up being to powerful, and his teammates fell to the same fate as his old friend. Hotaru left the site, everyone dead exept him. He returned to his village, not speaking a word of what had happened. He has had that event on his mind ever since.

Gentle Fist: The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an additional effect, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name. Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. As there is no way to train the internal organs to become stronger, this technique is capable of causing damage no matter how physically powerful the opponent is.

Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms: This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points (tenketsu) on an opponent's body with the Gentle Fist style, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with the closing of two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace. In the anime, Neji Hyuga uses a doubled version of this attack. The symbol that appears beneath the user while performing this technique is the Taoist symbol, Bagua.

Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms: This jutsu is essentially a doubled version of Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Like the former, it closes off the opponent's chakra points in an exponentially increasing number of quick successive strikes. Unlike the former, it closes off twice as many at twice the speed. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly. It has a slightly different stance than the lesser form in which the upper body is slightly rotated to the right. This stance activates the characters at the edge of the divination field to begin the technique.

Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points when struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers. The spin also allows the user to defend the blindspot in their Byakugan.

Eight Trigrams Empty Palm: This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, Neji does a palm thrust at an opponent while expelling a large burst of chakra from his palm. This violently pushes the opponent away. The opponent does not need to be within his reach for the attack to be effective.

(Will be taught) Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms: This jutsu is a combination of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. In this jutsu, Hinata emits a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the original Sixty-Four Palms jutsu. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. This creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

Byakugan: The Byakugan (白眼, Byakugan? literally "White Eye," Viz "Evil Eye") is a special pupil condition (瞳術, Dōjutsu?, literally "eye technique") that naturally occurs in members of the Hyuga clan (and thus only characters from the Hyuga clan possess it). Byakugan users are characterized by their lavender, pupil-less eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils somewhat appear and the veins near their temples bulge.

A person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision, except for a small blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra (near the back of the neck), which is its only known weakness. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a 50-meter radius (although Neji Hyuga manages to increase the radius to over 800 meters during the timeskip), making them close-range combat experts. The Byakugan also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision, as Hinata Hyuga notes in the Bikochu filler arc that objects can be difficult to see if their temperature is the same as the objects around them. A small degree of telescopic vision is also present, as a Byakugan user can focus on a single object at any point within their range of vision. The degree of focus seems to be dependent on the skill of the user. The Byakugan's sight cannot be blocked, except in the case of something like Ranmaru's kekkei genkai ability, unlike the Sharingan, which can be blocked by any sufficiently opaque substance. It is however, possible to impede it slightly through the use of certain powerful seals. The Byakugan's insight capacity makes it useful for searching, tracking, and identifying targets.

One of the most powerful aspects of the Byakugan is the ability to see the inner chakra coil system, which is the key aspect of using the Gentle Fist style to attack said system. If sufficiently developed, the Byakugan is able to see individual chakra points, potentially allowing the user to shut off the opponent's chakra flow completely, such that the opponent cannot perform techniques that require chakra. However, the user can increase chakra flow as well. Seasoned Byakugan users are even capable of killing with a single blow.

Protection of the Byakugan ability is very important to the Hyuga clan, and has led to the development of an elaborate family hierarchy. The Hyuga clan is divided into two houses: the main house (宗家, sō-ke?) and the branch house (分家, bun-ke?). The branch house's main purpose is to protect the main house and the secrets of the Byakugan. Branch house members' abilities and freedom are restricted through the means of a cursed seal that is placed on every branch house member's forehead. Through the means of a special technique that only main house members know, the seal can be activated, destroying the brain cells of the person branded with the seal. This allows the main house to make the branch house subordinate to its wishes. In addition, whenever a branch house member dies, the cursed seal will also seal the Byakugan ability so that enemies will not be able to discover the secrets of the bloodline limit if Konoha's hunter-nin are unable to find and dispose the body before the enemy finds it.

There are several techniques developed specifically for Byakugan users, which complement and make use of the Byakugan's abilities – most notable among which are the defensive barrier technique Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin and the high-speed precision attack Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms.

And thus leaving him helpless and alone Yin wandered lost through the forest of the Clouds land starving and tired Yin came upon the Village Hidden in the Clouds they sheltered him feed him and trained him in the Arts of the ninja. And so he became a Genin on the first year he started the Academy.

Derogon, you're out. You didn't read the rules. Xelhes, thank you very much for editing, you're in. Hotaru, your character is much too powerful. Naruto was only able to summon because he trained with one of the Saanin, and a normal genin would not be able to do so. Kissui, if you insist, you may be a Jounin. Reckless, no Rasengan and no Sharingan unless you're part of the Uchiha clan, which is an impossibility. In fact, you didn't even give your character a biography. D2L, there's actually a list of ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, etc., on wikipedia, so if you wanted to use that as a reference, maybe that'd help? Alright, so I'm still sort of sorting out who's on what squad, so just be patient for a few more minutes.
