The Eternal Calm wasn't what people expected it to be. It lasted only as long as the others, before a different Sin arose. The Farplane, with no Guados to maintain its spiritual balance, collapsed and pyreflies were released into the wide world of Spira. Perhaps too quickly. All of the pyreflies managed to develop into strong fiends, and the largest gathering of them all materialized a more powerful Sin, one whose mind solely belonged to Yu Yevon.

The fayth, hearing the countless cries for help, returned to their respective temples and acted again as aeons to battle the reformed Sin. Summoners began to emerge from the united peoples of Spira, and the Machine Faction, New Yevon, and Youth League joined forces to act as an army for the almighty Sin. Yuna was one who returned to her duty as a summoner, along with her guardians, Lulu, Wakka, Tidus, Rikku, and Paine. However, she and her guardians were killed by the onslaught of Sin.

After Yuna's death, Spira was sparked with courage as more joined the cause to destroy the reborn Sin. As did you. You are a guardian, traveling with six others (including a summoner), in your quest to annihilate Sin. Will the seven of you complete your task and destroy the creature? Will the Eternal Calm ever truly be eternal? Only time will tell.

Kilika
The starting point of the story. This is where the aeon Ifrit rests, atop the temple steps. I have a feeling bad things are going to happen..
Besaid
A small beachside village holding the aeon Valefor within its depths, and reputed for its cloth. Along with the village lies a hidden cave requiring the Four Ciphers.
Luca
The second largest city in Spira, and the holder of the blitzball stadium! The Sphere Theater was replaced by a temple, carrying the aeon Leviathan.
Mi'ihen Highroad
A road where the Crusaders marched to face Sin. The path has two roads; the Newroad and the Oldroad. Nothing much to do here except pass on by..
Mushroom Rock Road
The official headquarters of the Youth League. They are currently in league with the Machine Faction and New Yevon, building up armies to combat the newly awakened Sin. The Den of Woe is located here, carrying nothing but pyreflies and memories.
Djose
The official headquarters of the Machine Faction. The fayth of Ixion was moved elsewhere. They are currently in league with New Yevon and the Youth League, building up armies to combat the newly awakened Sin.
Moonflow
A bright river known for its shoopuf rides and the pyreflies that dance upon the surface at nightfall. Nothing interesting to do here, except maybe aid Tobli in his show plans.
Guadosalam
The nexus to enter the Farplane. The Guado have completely fled, swarming the town in fiends. The only destination here is the temple within Seymour's home- the temple containing the aeon Eclipse.
Farplane
The Farplane is very unstable and deemed hazardous to those who enter. The place is swarming with fiends; perhaps a summoner could send here, to ease things. No, it wouldn't help, seeing as the Farplane is entitled to nearly limitless spiritual energy, fueled by pyreflies.
Thunder Plains
The neverending field of maelstroms. The aeon Ixion resides here, in a built temple that once was a lowly cave. The towers attract the electricity bolts, so no worries about getting zapped by lightning.
Macalania
The frozen lands that lead to Bevelle, the Calm Lands, and Macalania Temple. With the woods completely deteriorated, a large city has been constructed, third largest in Spira. The temple is home to the aeon Shiva.
Bikanel Island
Home to the Al Bhed mainland.. Home. The island is also used for excavation to find rare items and such. It is also home to Cactuar Nation, and the temple that holds the aeon Preliator.
Bevelle
The largest city in Spira, and official headquarters to the group New Yevon. They are in league with the Youth League and Machine Faction, building up armies to combat the newly awakened Sin. This place is also the ground for the aeon Bahamut Sin, an aeon strong enough to faze Sin, but not defeat it.
Calm Lands
The endless field that used to hold countless Final Summonings and the battle with Sin. The two companies, Argent and Open Air moved to Luca for advertisement. The Chocobo Ranch is still there, owned by Clasko and serving as a transportation business for summoners.
Fayth Gorge
Formerly the cave that held the aeon Yojimbo, but he has long departed. People have rebuilt the gorge into a temple, holding the fayth of High Summoner Yuna. The aeon is Fallal.
Mount Gagazet
The mountain city of Ronsos. Even after ten years or so, the mountain peaks are still heavily abandoned, only the adapted Ronso flourishing. Kimahri is the clan leader there, and the only guardian truly living of Yuna's.
Gagazet Temple
The ruins floating atop Gagazet's mountains is transformed into a temple, to which only summoners and their guardians visit. The aeon entrapped within its borders is Fenrir, the wolf with wings.
Baaj Temple
The ruins of the temple remain ruined, but underneath is the aeon Anima. The temple is guarded by sinspawn fiends, but if you do reach it, it would be hard to escape alive.
Remiem Temple
The hidden temple of the Calm Lands. Its fayth were the Magus Sisters, but strangely the aeon is not located here. It has since then become a spiritual place for summoners to visit, and hone their skills to a re-awakened Unsent; Belgemine.
Zanarkand
Zanarkand was once a tourist attraction, but that idea was abolished. For some time the monkeys and fiend remains only inhabited the ruins of the city. Now, it serves as the final point of a summoner's pilgrimage. Practically, this is Sin's home. Inside the blitzball dome resides an underground temple which holds the fayths of all previous sacrificed guardians and summoners. Intertwining the fayths together (including the ones across the cities) and casting it upon the summoner will form an unimaginable aeon of omnipotent power, strong enough to oblitherate Sin. However, if it martyrs the summoner as well is completely unknown, for this practice hasn't been performed yet.

Ifrit- An aeon that is bound to the eternal blaze of hell.
Valefor- An aeon that freely roams the unliberated skies.
Leviathan- An aeon that manipulates the deep blue oceans.
Shiva- An aeon that harbors control over ice and cold.
Ixion- An aeon that inhabits shock and zap powers of electricity.
Eclipse- An aeon of total shadow that can bend darkness to its core.
Preliator- An aeon of immense physical stamina, born from an awakened soul from the Farplane. One of its eyes is scarred and one of its wings is wounded. Could it be..?
Bahamut Sin- An aeon formed from sinspawn and the dreams of its fayth. Its immense powers is stronger than most others, and can immobilize Sin. However, it is not strong enough to defeat it.
Fenrir- An aeon that has total domination over earthen power, and the fayth of a lone wolf. The statue resembles a spiky-haired man with an overly large weapon.
Anima- An aeon known for its element of suffering. Its fayth is Seymour Guado's mother.
???- The final aeon required to destroy Sin. In order to materialize it, the summoner must have all aeons and must give up their fayths to lure the Final Aeon in. Once completed, the past guardians and summoners who gave up their lives will be bended together, creating an aeon of immaculate energy.

You should already know the rules by now. Here's the basics: no godmodding, mild powerplaying is accepted in certain situations, romance is okay, keep it PG-13, and swearing has no limits. I also, personally, have the stated right to kick you out if I feel the need to. And, if you do flame, I will personally make sure that Takushi Rena or Ultima Keyblade will hear of it. Okay? Okay. Also, password time. Put in "Divine blessings to New Yevon" not on the top, not on the bottom of your profile. Just stick it in between one of the template thingies. And don't make it noticable. Now that that's taken care of, no canons. No Wakka. None of the original guardians, because all of them died!! If you didn't read the story.

The summoner may not be chosen, for I will take role as a summoner. Spheremancers, are basically elementalists who choose their weapons as spheres. They can materialize element spheres to throw at enemies (think elemental grenade), can trap enemies' abilities into their spheres, and wield spears. Paladins and Shadowknights are just warriors with extra power; Paladin having curative magic, Shadowknights having arcane/blood magic. Special classes that are unaccessable are Gunners, Shielders, and Fanmages, which exclusively belong to Logos, Ormi, and LeBlanc, respectively.

Wrapped around Fay's waist, looking like an innocent decorative belt, is a very long, necklace-thin chain made of some very odd metals. Fay wields it as a whip, and its links are, in fact, sharp enough to cut. The whip is christened Folly, for reasons known only to Fay.

But her main weapons are her two shortswords, which seem to be made of the same dark, smokey metals as her whip. Across each run thin motifs in the shape of swirling runes, shining silver on the right one and blood-red on the left. The right is named Illume, and the left Eternity.

Nyx usually wears an effeminate type of frock coat, like a long hooded shirt attached to the bottom part and cinched at the waist by a girdle, the rounded tail reaching down to her knees with the front end a bit shorter. The cloth is form-fitting and light to allow for movement and coolness in the hot weather. Living where she does, her clothes are mostly in pale colors. On her feet are tall brown boots, lacking heels and securely tied.

She has gloves made of a special material to protect her hands from her own whip, coloured white and nearly touching her elbows. Over the gloves are leather-and-metal guards that stop before her fingers and don't cover her palms.

Personality
Nyx is a very intense person, full of contradicting personality traits and odd quirks. For example, she’s extremely optimistic and rather imaginative, but she’s quite practical too. Nor, for all her seriousness, is she uptight. In fact, she’s rather charismatic, if reserved and enigmatic. Nyx can be a steadfast friend, but she’s used to keeping to herself and has no qualms about being independent ... but given the choice, she won’t work alone. And though she does not normally posess a tempermental nature, her anger is a fierce and terrible thing.

While she is realistic, trying to think things through in all situations, her natural impulsiveness works against such traits. Given that, her odd way of looking at fear- “Just do it anyway” -and her compassion, she often gets into sometimes dangerous situations to help others.

Nyx has no problem with stepping aside and following others if she thinks it’s the best course of action, for she knows her limits. Paradoxically, she’ll usually be the one to take control of a situation and lead if no one else will, or if she knows she’s best suited.

Bio
Fay was born, interestingly, on the Moonflow itself, while her parents were on the move to escape the onslaught of Sin.

Her parents, Amaranth and Rivean, a black mage and warrior, respectively, traveled to Besaid with their new daughter, and from there to Kilika, hoping for a safer place to live. This was recently after Sin's infamous attack, so they were among those who rebuilt the ravaged port, opening up a weapons shop there.

The Andenosi family was well-off, considering their skill in weapons-crafting and the high demand for them in such dangerous times. Even during the alleged Eternal Calm, they had good business, considering the increase in fiends.

But this life was shattered when Sin was reborn. When Faynyx was a child, her aunt became a Summoner, and Amaranth, despite Rivean's fearful protests, left to be a Guardian to her sister.

For a few months, the news was good: their pilgrimage was so far good, with no casualties.

It was near the Calm Lands that tragedy struck. Sin itself attacked the area they were in, and Amaranth, along with one other Guardian, were killed while protecting their Summoner. The remaining party of two tried to travel on, but, weakened, they were soon killed as well.

Being young, Fay took this news hard, and yet, not so much as her father. He threw himself into his work, becoming almost reclusive in grief. Fay kept to herself for nearly two years, spending most of her time in Kilika's jungle. To distract herself, she began to fight what fiends she could {not many} with her practice sword. By the time she had purged herself of grief through this violent method, she had gained an unusual amount of skill for her age.

When she was fourteen, her father gave her her first real weapons: her two shortswords. Fay continued to keep back the fiends that lurked in the woods, and also began attending the temple of Ifrit to pray; not to New Yevon, but only the Fayth.

Perhaps not surprisingly, considering her birthplace, but in the temple Fay soon found out that she had what was called a "gift for empathy", meaning that she could become a talented Summoner if she wanted. And to fight Sin was exactly what she wanted to do.

Fay asked her father for permission to start training. But he begged her, as he had Amaranth, not to go; and because she was the only family he had left, Fay reluctantly relented.

A few months after her sixteenth birthday, her father's weapons-shop was robbed. Fay, out in the jungle as usual, arrived just a few minutes too late: she was able to stop the intruders from getting away and making off with some very valuable items, but they had already critically wounded Rivean.

Faynyx tried to have her father moved to a more advanced hospital in Bevelle, where he could get better treatment, but he asked her to let him be; she understood that he accepted his death, and welcomed it after Amaranth's own passing.

Since his death, Fay has had her whip, Folly, as another weapon, which was among the ones which were almost stolen. To respect her father's wishes, she will not become a Summoner ... but is looking to become a Guardian.

Personality: Just like Lulu. He is grumpy and rough when he feels like bad times are around, or something doesn't really go to his way. But he can be kind and gentle when it's just things that flies past quickly that's not to big to him.

Bio: Uniquris is related to Lulu. Not by blood, but as friends. So after a few days when her first journey with Yuna was finished, she began giving Black Magic lessons to those who were younger than her. Uniquris was one of her students. He was taught the basic four elements. Fire, Blizzard, Water, and Thunder. But this day came. Lulu, had to prepare to go on another journey with Yuna. So she had to stop giving her lessons, and take this journey with her. A few months later, stoires were going around Spira. Yuna and her group had died from their battle with Sin. uniquris then reliaze it was his time to take this step, and fight Sin and avenge Lulu and the others.

Personality Takashi’s primary desire is to be among those who care for him and for loved ones to be safe from harm. Often curious about his surroundings, he often takes on adventures that put him at risk; but he usually tries to convince his friends not to endanger themselves by accompanying him. Nevertheless, his most loyal friends refuse to let him face challenges alone.
Takashi is easily angered when those he cares for are insulted or threatened. He has little tolerance for anyone he perceives to be hostile. Like his best friend, Forsaken is not always a diligent student, often relying on his other friend for help. Takashi has also developed a cutting, sardonic sense of humor, with a tendency to turn other's insults against them.

Takashi is loyal to his friends and expects loyalty in return, although this trait often prevents Forsaken from being objective. He tends to follow his instincts, feeling strongly about whom he can and cannot (or will not) trust.
Takashi has shown the ability to remain levelheaded, retain his composure, and perform advanced feats of skill with his bow during moments of extreme crisis. He is clever-minded and quick-witted; has very strong intuition; can make great 'mental' leaps while under enormous stress; generally has a sense of humor and a positive outlook on life despite the burdens placed on him. He has been shown to be fiercely determined and self-reliant, almost to a fault.
Forsaken generally has trouble dealing with emotions and can experience near-extreme mood swings. He has trouble opening up to others, attempts to solve everything by himself, and veers between self-doubt and over-confidence; he has moments of low self-esteem, but these are very few and do not last long.
He can undervalue his friends - preferring to "do it alone" in dangerous situations; his heroic nature often causes him to rush into situations without first assessing the dangers, making him dangerously predictable to his enemies. He can be sensitive when he is disbelieved in difficult-to-believe situations.
At the other end of the spectrum, Forsaken can be easily angered when derogatory comments are directed to himself or his friends. In his anger and his shame, he can sometimes do impressive damage to an enemy without consciously meaning to. He often refuses to accept advice or criticism either from someone he doesn't like, such as those with whom he disagrees.
While Takashi (initially) lacks intellectual curiosity, rarely taking the initiative to learn new things that he is capable of performing unless he needs to, he shows curiosity in almost everything else.

Personality: Jet is a calm character. Never one to lose his cool, Jet takes life easy. He is a sarcastic person, always having a smart remark ready as a come back. The rest is somewhat of a mystery, he rarely let’s people know what his true intentions are.

Bio: Divine blessings to New Yevon was the first words spoken when Jet was born. His mother was an Al-behd and his father was a human. Jet was born in Besaid and had a good living. Jet lived life like most normal kids on Besaid. He loved listening to the story about how Yuna and her guardians defeated Sin causing the Eternal Calm to happen.

After listening to this story, Jet asked Tidus to train him to become as strong as Tidus. Tidus refused to teach Jet at first since he saw no need for Jet to learn how to be a warrior. This didn't stop Jet though and he continued asking Tidus to train him. Finally Tidus gave in and began to teach Jet after Jet had presuaded Tidus to train him.

Three years after Jet had started his training, Tidus had died in Sin's onslaught along with his mother who was visiting relatives. Jet became angered after hearing about their deaths. He cried for an entire day and decided that he would one day become a gaurdian and get revenge on Sin. This could only happen if he could find another teacher to help him become stronger. Jet and his father moved to Kilika after his mother's death.

Jet had never met the son of Lulu and Wakka during his stay at Besaid but they would meet up soon one day. After moving into Kilika, Jet began to train himself since he had no teacher to help him train. During Jet's training in the Kilika forest, Jet met with an old shadowknight named Ketsu. Two months later, Jet began traning under the old shadowknight. For the next couple years, Jet was training to become a powerful shadowknight that also had some theif training which came natural to him because of his mother.

Soon Jet's training ended when he was seventeen. Now was his time to become a gaurdian and get revenge. He quickly met with a girl named Razzia and became her guardian. He's been with her for a year now and he is stronger then ever, making his goal closer.

Personality: Ari can be very brash, tomboyish rational, clever and often teasing sometimes. But deep down, once you get to know her a little more, she's actually very sweet and compassionate. In fact, she always has a soft spot for her friends.

Bio:

Ari never really remembered her parents that much. The only thing that she knows about them is that a Ronso was her father, a human was her mother and that Sin killed them both. She grew up on the streets of Luca with other orphans like herself stealing food and things from market to market.

When Ari grew older, she and her childhood friends eventually became sphere hunters called the Moonlighters. They traveled all over Spira hunting down whatever rare spheres they could find. They found all sorts of spheres each with as different recording. Some were intresting while others were useless.

But those glory days were destroyed when Sin came. While flying in the Moonlighters' airship, the hunters were attacked by Sin's large energy beams which took down the ship and crashed into the Besaid shores. Ari had survived the crash. But survival cost her the lives of her dear childhood friends.

Determined to seek revenge, Ari decided to become a Guardian to a summoner to avenge her fallen comrades and parents. This time, Sin had gone too far. The time to seek a way to destroy Sin has come again. Will Ari stick to her duty or be swallowed by vengence?

Bio- Hector was born from nobility, butut he choose to flee from his privelaged background to travel the world in search of adventure and for those less fortunate. Some consider him the greatest swordsman in the world. He is famous for his sword style. His moves are lightning fast, and he has never been defeated. For those who first lay eyes apon him he does not look like much of a warrior, but his skill is so great he has been dubbed the Prince of Battles.

Personality: Though Sion has had a rough past he still remains calm, kind, energetic, hilarious, caring and also easy going. He is very loyal and you can depend on him during battle, even at the cost of his own life he will protect those around him.

Bio: Sion was born in the capital of Spira, Bevelle. Sion's family was always moving to places, but Bevelle is where they lived. Sion wentto other places in Spira with them and learned whatever he could from the many races on the planet. Sion's family died one night from Sin when they were in the country near the island of Besaid. When the islanders found out they died and their son was still in Besiad he was flown back to Bevelle by airship and where he began training to become a guardian. He started in Bevelle being trained by one of the monks, until he turned six that is.... On his six birthday Sion had wondered off on his own only to confront a King Behemoth he was saved by a man named Zangan the greatest Martial Artist in Spira. Upon this saving Sion followed him and had a little spar with him in which Sion lost but Zangan took him in to train him in martial arts and teach him how to speak albhed for many years during the calm Braska had caused. The two trained each other in one of the most dangerous places to be, Mt. Gagazet. He fought Ronso after Ronso until he was ready to go to Kilika and continue training in the forest.

Four years had passed until Sin had returned and Zangan and Sion who was then ten trained daily, honing their skills in case a summoner called upon them to be guardians, but that never happened. This was because during one of their practice sessions, Sin attacked and killed Zangan who was trying to protect Sion and sacrficed himself for his student who got away. The Calm came again, this time caused by the daughter of Lord Braska, everyone thought that this would be the eternal calm until Sin returned. Well, things turned out okay in the end and Sion finished his training alone in Kilika and even played a bit of blitzball for the Kilika Beasts but quit when he heard the news that Yuna died. Now that his training is finished he's ready to become a guardian and do what he can to bring the calm back to Spira.

Weapons: As a spheremancer, he uses various types of spheres. He also uses the blitzball he got from his father.

Appearance: Vidina favors both his father and his mother, so much so that there is no way you wouldn't be able to tell that that's their son. He has his dads orange hair, except his comes down to his shoulders. He has his mothers dark eyes, and a continual five o'clock shadow. In body and facial builds he looks like his father, except with a slightly smaller nose and chin. He is tan, and is darker than his father. He is wearing a Besaid Aurochs jersey, with an orange shoulder guard on his left shoulder. On his right wrist is a charm bracelt from his mother, and around his neck is a brown leather rope with a blitzball medallion on it.

Personality: Vidina is a rather likeable person. Always making the best of a bad situation, he is an optimist. He is always making people laugh and is often seen with a smile on his face. However, in battle and in serious situations he is very serious, to the point that he's almost cruel. He almost never gets truly angry, but if something is done to him or his friends he will make sure it's taken care of proporly. He has a strong intuition, and cannot be fooled easily.

Vidina was a year before the ternal calm, Wakka and Lulu marrying soon after their defeat of sin. They both moved back to besaid, and lived there along with their beloved son. Vidina loved it there, and was loved by everyone in the community. His his father and his "Uncle" Tidus used to always play blitzball with him, teaching him the game they both loved. Vidina got better everyday, and reminded Wakka of a young him. It was also obvious that he was Lulu's son, in more ways than one. He had an affinity for magic, learning from his mother and "Aunt" Yuna, and one time he accidentally casted a lightning spell and lit Tidus's pants on fire. None of them ever told him of their past nor sin, not wanting him to have to know about the painful time before the eternal calm.

At the age of eleven, sin came again. Yuna decided once more to fight it for the good of the people of spira, and had to have her guardians by her side. The night before they left, Wakka had a long talk with Vidina. He told him of sin, or Yuna and his lives before he was born, and of the coming threat. Although he did not fully understand at such a young age, Vidina knew his father and mother had a job to do. That morning, his both mother and father hugged him and told him they both loved him very much. Lulu gave him her charm bracelet, and Wakka bestowed upon him his blitzball from oh so long ago...

Vidina was moved to Kilika after that, not having anywhere else to stay. He lived with a cousin of his father's, and missed his parents every day. It might have been unbearable for him had he not met the girl who would soon become his best friend, Razzia. The two were very close, and vowed to become summoner and guardian and fight sin just as their parents had.

Vidina has fufilled his promise. At the age of fourteen he became a guardian for Razzia, and for four years honed his fighting skills in order to protect her like a true guardian. He even found a way to combine his blitzball skill and magic compotency, an art called spheremancering, and has become quite good. Now, Razzia is to go to the temple in Killika and obtain her first aeon to become an officialy summoner. Vidina plans to stay by her side, untill the bitter end.

Personality
Raz is a very kind-hearted woman, her gullible and welcoming self sometimes entirely taken advantage of from people. She cannot hold grudges, and is very understanding of people and their actions. A pacifist, all she hopes for for the future is peace between worlds. However, just because she is very kind, this doesn't make her a pushover in combat. Her summoning resolve is iminent; and she battles with stride and lack of guilt for the offender- an extremely opposite trait of her entire personality. Regardless, Raz is a sympathetic being, taking others' feelings in consideration before her own.

Bio
Born into the Eternal Calm, for the first ten years, Razzia lived an adventurous life aiding her mom in excavations. Her mother, Nhadala, and father, Jadek, lived in the reconstituted Home. However, that following year of her tenth birthday, tragedy struck. News of the Farplane's instability reached Home quickly. Fearing the island would be struck by Sin, Razzia and her family moved by airship to Kilika Port. There, another tragedy occurred. The High Summoner, Yuna, had been killed, along with her guardians.

Ever since that fateful day, her mother and father joined the pursuit of Sin with the three main groups; New Yevon, Machine Faction, and the Youth League. Razzia was left with Dona and Barthello, close friends of Nhadala. However, Raz never saw them again. They were killed as well- fighting upon the shores of Mushroom Rock Road, reminiscient to the failed Operation Mi'ihen roughly thirteen years ago.

Razzia was raised by Dona, and she gained strong conviction for justice. Raz was obssessed with Dona's past pilgrimage, wanting to know more of how she summoned aeons and traveled across Spira. Dona and Barthello were puzzled by the questions, but answered them nevertheless. Even though Raz's parents would never be replaced, Dona and Barthello became very close to her. Eventually, with Raz's best friend Vidina, whose parents Lulu and Wakka were lost as well, they promised each other to become a summoner and guardian, respectively.

The girl grew up beautifully, still keeping that promise. She became apprentice summoner at thirteen, and for four years trained mentally and asked around for guardians in Kilika. She managed to find a lengthy number of guardian applicants, and some were even dear friends to her. At seventeen, Razzia is to enter the temple, attain Ifrit as her first aeon, and leave for Besaid Island to attain another aeon. Her pilgrimage has just begun.
