[After Thought]

Hello all.

My name is After Thought. I am new to these forums. I love to Role-Play. In this aspect, I figured I would start out my time here with a Kingdom Hearts -- based Role-Play. I expect you get enough of those, but who knows... you might enjoy this one.


Chasers. The Keyblade War.

These terms do have meaning some, but to others they leave not but a puzzle. How intriguing this is, that our story takes place within the confines of knowledge... meaning, we do know what this rambling portains.

In a time long ago, before the current apothecary of events that has lead into the battles with the one known as Xehanort (more to the point; his nobody and heartless), there was a being, a good warrior, chosen by the Keyblade. His name was Thonear. Rarely had there been a keyblader with such skill as he. There were others at the time, hundreds upon hundreds.

These keybladers coexisted, and kept the Universe safe from evil... dark evils, such as those who weilded the keyblade for dark intentions.

Then, there were... the Chasers.

The Chasers were an odd group. Two of them. Two lost keybladers, so to speak. They lost their way upon the path of justice some time ago. They hunt keybladers, to destroy them. Their power is immense... frightening, as it were.

Thonear is one of the few with the power to stop them. However, with the current circumstances pending... and recent events in his life, he has been questioning...

Is this all worth it?

Is the light truly better than the darkness?

His torment lies not in the recent deeds, but these monstrous thoughts that have spawned themselves because of them. With every light, comes a seed of evil, with every darkness, comes a seed of good. These seeds plant themselves subtly within a person's heart.

The Chasers have plans... large thought out ones, that they are about to put into fruition. Thonear is needed now more than ever.

What path will he play... and how will this story unfold?


I basically threw together a story using the subtle clues at the end of Kingdom Hearts II, and events that have happened during both games.

Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: Behind the veil of a mysterious being, he's a fair and friendly guy. He's serious at most times, but subsides his anger before it explodes.
Appearance: Neck-length silver hair, dull blue eyes and a speck of crimson red in the iris. Earring with both white and black.
Biography: Reynl's past is shrouded in darkness in which even he can't penetrate. All the can remember is the ambush of the Heartless and being taken in the arms of a mysterious guy, which is now clarified as Amnal; his stepfather. Amnal trained Reynl with intensity, but due to the events he's experienced- he managed to pull through. He was chosen of the Keyblade bearer, in which it cannot be told.
Keyblade: the Oathkeeper.
Side: Evil

Gender: male
Personality: Felix is a very energetic person. He is happy go lucky but kind of clumsy. He is always smiling annd goofing off. At other times he will be completly calm, being able to pay attention and focus on the things around him. He also has a bit of a temper.

Appearance: He has long spikey sky blue hair that is a total mess and he wheres a black headband with a smiley face on it. He has blue eyes and wears a blue and white stripped long sleeved shirt(the sleeves get rolled up a lot), with a many pocketed black vest over it. He has black jeans with chains hanging off of them and black flip flops. He is also very tall and has a deep tan.

Keyblade: Shadowcaster(Looks like Oblivion with the exception of it being have black and half white on the blade and reverse on the handle. The keychain is a checkered black and white star.)

Appearance:He is tall at about 6'. He has tan skin and green eyes. He has short black hair and wears blue pants and a black shirt with a hood on it which is always up which conseals his face but his eyes glow under it
Biography:He was found when he was 6 in Twilight town. He greww up as an average kid untill he was 15 and he found himself in a strange world where the orginization found him. He never joined and found himself spending the rest oof his life as a wanderer.

Personality:Determined but can become cocky in the middle of a fight.Ace is very protective of those he considers his friends and will fight to the point of death to protect them.
Appearance:Blond hair down to his chin and blue eyes with a hint of crimson red in the center.Wears a white blazer with several gashes through it and shorts.Wears a necklace with a keyblade over a heart symbol on it that was given to him by his girlfriend, Alice.
Biography:Ace was born in Traverse Town to some refugees, but as soon as they learned about his dream they left because they were afraid that Ace might attract the heartless.Ace was then taken in by Squall and Yuffie.
How he awakened(How a keyblader receives his keyblades):When Ace was 12years old, he was attacked by a person in a black raincoat.When the man attacked, Ace saw a flash of light and he was suddenly standing on a platform with hearts and keyblades engraved in it.Ace looked around and then down at his hands and he saw that he was holding two keyblades;the Oathkeeper and the Oblivion.Ace then looked around and saw several white enemies and several black enemies;Dusk and Shadows.Ace attacked them and defeated all of them.As soon as he killed all of them the floor turned twilight and Ace fell through it.Ace woke up on another platform and saw a huge TwilightSide in front of him.Ace attacked the monster and defeated it with the two keyblades.Ace then saw another flash of light and was back in Traverse Town and the man was gone.
