Storyline: In the future of the year, of 200XX anyone is capable of extraordinary things that go beyond "normal".Everywhere kids,and adults alike are into artificial intelligent pet robots,known as Medabots.From on the playground, to on the streets,people soup up their Medabots arsenal,and update their intelligence in hopes that their Medabots will achieve victory in battle,earn the other's Medabots parts from the challenger's Medabot,and use them to their heart's content.With each victory that is earned,the more battles that are won,the closer you become to World robattle tournament where Medafighters from all over the world come.

However, the dark organization known as the rubber robo gang lurk in the darkness who are hell bent on acquiring rare medals. One Medafighter, known as "Ryu" who is determined to become the best,might just have what it takes to achieve it all.

Personality: even though he is a genius, Athrun can at times quite clumsy and awkward to be around. He seems to try too hard to act cooler and tougher then he really is, often mysteriously disappearing at time for no apparent reason. Despite all his strange behavior Athrun deep down is really a nice guy.
Bio: Although Athrun may seem the like the dimwitted teenager working at the local convenience store, He was once called a child prodigy in rebottling, and won several robtalling tournaments and trophies including being World Robattle Tournament star 10 years ago. Athrun tends to keep quite about who he really is and why he doesn’t robattle anymore but many clam that it is because of an event called 10 days of darkness that occurred 10 years ago during the World Robattle Tournament. Besides working part time at the local convenience store, Athrun is Dr. Aki’s personal assistant, working in an internship at the Medabot Research center, though it is unknown what he does there but it is apparently top secret. Athrun has also been recently suspected of having connection with the strange masked vigilantly known as the Phantom Renegade.
