When Keitaro's Urashima's life began around fifteen year's ago when he inherited from his globe-trotting grandma the hinata house, an all-girl's dormitory whose clientele was none too pleased with their life-in landlord is a man.....or close to a man as poor Keitaro can be.



Well it wanst much but this rp take's place like fifteen year's after the story of Love Hina where no one live's in the house but Keitaro start's letting in a couple of girl's around six and only around two boy's.So in a house of twist and turn's who will get the chick's and who get's hit...on?

He then went to liveing room where he left his boot's at and tied them tightly on.He then ran outside and sat on the lawn waiting for his new room mate's to come."I wonder who's gonna stay here."He would say as he looked at the sky waiting.
