Eternal Snow (A Winter/Romance Rp)

Hey there... well, this is my second try at an rp... the first one I made a long time ago, but it was a flop... Probably because I forgot about it... meh. And I seem to have this knack for whatever rp I join, it usually dies... but I guess that's bad luck. But now let's cut to the prologue.

"You're going away?"

In the middle of your average playground, a young girl, around the age of six is crying in front of a boy, around the same age is standing infront of her hands on her shoulders, trying to give a strong smile.

"Don't worry... I'll be back, I promise." The boy says. They both look eye to eye, smiling.

"Pinky swear?" The girl sniffles. The boy then nods and both swear that they will meet again someday. And at just that moment, snow begins to fall down, quietly as if it brought the world to a standstill.

"Well... I have to go now. Goodbye."

He walks away into the car behind them and the car quickly drives away. The little girl running and waving towards the car. Through the back of the car you can see her waving until her figure gets smaller, until it is no more.

Like this story, many similar promises were made that day, between young and old, enemies and friends... just as the snow fell.

10 Years Later...

Everyone has resumed normal lives as usual. As with the seasons, people grow, people change. Many of the people remembered the promises they made years ago, but have forgotten who they made them with. To them... everything seemed like a normal, December.

Until fate takes a twist once again...

Bio: When she was nine, Maera's only true love had to move away. Before he left, they promised eachother they would meet again; that nothing could keep them apart. Maera never had a proper chance to tell him how much she loved and cared for him. Now, with still no sign of her love's return, Maera has lost all hope; her parents divorced, she now believes there is no true love. Hopefully, that will change when the snow falls again...

She promised to see him again so he could see Copper 'all growed up'

She's started to lose her faith in friendship because her best friends in the world live in a place she's never even been to, and she can't find anyone whose been as true as they have. It's made her even more skeptical of love than before.

Since then Xiomar has been finding ways to keep him and his sister alive so he wouldn't break his promise. He has went many days without food because he would give it all to his sister that had nothing but the clothes on her.

It is the morning of Sophia’s 18th birthday. She sits alone toying with an unopened letter. Her mind goes back to a time when she was 8 years old, siting, wishing, waiting in a hospital for news of her parents conditions. As time goes by, her parents don’t recover from that fatal car crash in which they were involved and she is left alone. However, before they died her parents gave her an envelope and made her promise that she wouldn’t open it until she was 18. On the front of this envelope the writing says As the snow falls, I’m still waiting. Sophia doesn’t yet know what this means. Only time will tell, as Sophia believes in keeping promises and the wait is over.

Bio: He is basically the boy in the intro of this rp. He had flown away from the girl long ago to Europe. And after ten years he finally comes back in hopes of finding the girl from long ago, once again.)

A plane coming straight from London was slowling down to a stop as it veers itself towards the gate. The gate opens and Katsu is rushing out of the plane towards the baggage claim.

It has been ten whole years since he had left, he's changed from the old little boy and he has a strange accent now to boot. But he really didn't care about that right now, as he was rushing to get to his new apartment on time.

Marie walked down the icy roads and almost slipped once or twice.She ran up to a store window and stared at a pretty snow globe."wow...that one looks so pretty.."she mumbled to herself.She then walked away...the snow globe reminded her too much of her old home....too much of his death.Marie shook her head trying to get the thought out."Who am I kidding?I can stop thinking about it...it just comes back if I look at practically anything..."

Gwen walked down the street, kicking clumps of ice and snow with her black-booted feet, hands stuffed in her pockets to keep warm. Her breath flew from her chilled lips and colored the air in soft white puffs, circling her auburn-streaked hair before disappearing.

"Happy winter," she whispered, sighing.

Ky and his family went out on the cold winter day to buy a tree. The one thing he always told himself was," I don't need anymore friends, besides her." His little brother looked at him and says," Mom should we wake him up all he does is daydream." Ky looked at his brother and said," Shut up. I'm just sick of having to do this every Christmas." Ky went ahead to an area where trees were sold. His father picked out one and they headed back home. Ky noticed he didn't check the mail today. He then opened the box and looked at them. One from his old friend, Mina. Ky ran inside and opened the letter. It read,

" Ky since you said we would meet again, I've decided to invite you for Christmas at my house. I hope you come and remember a promise is a promise. Also I don't live in New Jersey anymore, I live in Washington. I hope you come and remember we made a promise to each other.

Mina.

Ky then felt embarassed and went off to bed and waited in the morning to tell his parents about the letter.

Maera was sitting on her front porch, intentionally breathing out, watching the puffs of white leave her mouth; she had always enjoyed doing this, it sort of calmed her. Staring up at the grey sky, Maera was lost in her thoughts of ten years ago; of her lost love. At least, he seemed lost to her. Sighing, Maera stood up, shoved her hands in her pockets, and lumbered down her street lazily.

Once Ky awoke the next day he went downstairs for breakfast and said," Dad I got a letter for Mina and she invited me Washington to stay there for Christmas with her family. Can I go?" Ky's dad looked at him and replied," Sure you can go, because you two have been seperated from each other for 10 years. Go pack your stuff up and get ready to leave." In amazement, Ky ran upstairs and got ready to leave for Washington and then looked at the letter once again. Once he got his clothes on his mother drove him to the airport where he was called by Mina. She said," Where are you at?" He replied," I'm heading to Washington, so see you soon. Ky walked onto the plane and got in his seat. The plane took off and while Ky sat there he reread the letter over and over.

Four small white paws pounded against the sidewalk. A beagle panted as it dashed in a mad sprint twoards a house. "Copper slow down!" A girl with long brown hair said as she clung to the dog's red leash. They were almost to the house when a black cat dashed out of the neighbors garage. The begale ran as fast as his legs could carry him and made both himself and his owner slip on the ice and fly in to a snowbank. The brunette's head popped up from the snow at the same time as the dog's. "Another fine mess you've gotten us in to. I dont know how Aidan handled you..." Her eyes saddened as she said that "Aidan...Calisto."
