!! The Exodius !!

[Golden_Chocobo]

The Exodius is a mythical book, placed within the hidden compounds of the Naidruag Temple. For more than 5,000 years, the land of Satruth lived in peace and harmony, protecting the Exodius from evil hands. The guardians included the wielders of the 7 elemental bracelets: Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, Wind, Darkness, and Light. Together, with their unstoppable power, no one penetrated the line of defense forged by the guardians. Until..an evil sorcerer forged a device that would disable the bracelet’s powers into dust. So the evil sorcerer did, and one by one, the mighty guardians were defeated. The sorcerer approached the Exodius and started to change history. Mutant elves called “Orcs” and other dark creatures were brought back to life under his command. The world was fallen into chaos, until a powerful priestess stood up upon the others and defeated the evil sorcerer. She managed to retrieve the 7 bracelets and sent them into another world. THAT is where our story begins.

You’re an average high school student, with an average life, normal interests, same activities everyday. Until..one day, you and some of your friends enter a strange abandoned temple while going to a party invited by an anonymous character. It is shrouded by thick fog and mountains. Once your friends enter the temple, a strange creature appears out of nowhere. It’s face is mutated with green slime and rotted teeth as it holds its giant mace, covered in shaggy armor. Your friends panic and try to escape from the temple. No luck. The temple doors are shut closed. As the monster approaches you, a huge white figure destroys the creature as she flies through the air. She disappears, and your friends continue along the temple, falling down a trap door. It leads to a strange chapel, with a light shining on a panel with different colors of flickers. Your friends approach the shining bracelets that are place onto the brighting panel. The women appears again, explaining the origin of the Exodius. Each of your friends are given one bracelet each, including you, and given a remarkable power of the given element. You are transported into Satruth where the world is being sieged by the dark creatures, under the rule of the sorcerer’s soul. Only with the help of the Exodius, could he retrieve his body. It is your job to protect the Naidruag Temple from the clutches of evil.

The story takes place BEFORE you get the powers, like about a week before you receive the invitation to the temple. The elements include Fire, Water, Earth, Lightening, Wind, Darkness, and Light. Only one person can become each.

Water: Able to control the mist, control room temperature, control water, control ice, things that involve h20. You can also make water too.

Earth: Anything that has anything to do with the ground. You may be able to split grounds, lift rocks, throw them at people, grow trees, throw them at people. Poison people, bloom flowers, control sand.

Lightening: Able to control lightening, thunder, electricity, paralyze people, and electrify people. You may also create lightening.

Darkness: Anything that has anything to do with darkness. You may control shadows, and paralyze people from moving. You may summon dark monsters, cloak yourself in the darkness, transform into a dark area and reappear in another dark are within a range, shoot gravity blasts at people, shoot dark blasts at people.

Fire: Able to control the forces of fire and gases. May blow out fire in any sort of way, and control fire from your opponents.
Light: Anything that has anything to do with light. This includes the power of healing, meditating, shining light, and enlightenment. Most clerics and sages are like these, you may grow wings on your back, NOT DRAGON WINGS BUT ANGEL WINGS, and a halo.

Wind: Able to control the powers of wind and air. You may control the weather, so that there are tornadoes, hurricanes, twisters, and whirl pools, even though the power of water can do the same thing with the whirl pools. You may blow an extensive amount of air out of your body, using a “force push” or “force pull” on the enemy.

Personality: Ryuu can be both determined and passionate about life. He cares a lot about his friends, and hates to see people caught in trouble. He is very independent, meaning he does not rely on others for help.

Bio: Ryuu was born to two middle class average parents with no other siblings. He used to be quite an annoying brat until he enrolled in a martial arts class when he was 4. The sensei taught Ryuu a huge amount of discipline, respect, honor, and of course, self defense. As a child, his martial arts classes gave him high hopes and assumptions that there is magic existing around the world. His dreams started to die down, as each year passed, nothing really special occured to him.

As he turned into a teenager, his life went on. Still, one day hoping that something enchanting would happen to him. His hopes were completely shattered when his sensei was killed in a fire when Ryuu was 15. An apartment was on fire, as the firemen tried and tried to calm the flames. There were still many cries for help inside the apartment. Ryuu ran into the apartment in search for his beloved sensei, dodging flames and falling timber. He finally reached his master’s room, and saw him lying on the ground with a huge piece of timber on top of him. Ryuu quickly tried to remove the flaming timber, as his hands got burned. His sensei had given Ryuu a charm, in the shape of a phoenix, then died. After that day, Ryuu wore the necklace around his neck everyday and resumed high school when his hands were healed. His compassion for magic was completely altered..he overall hated fire.

This bow and these arrows aren’t just normal. They are empowered by Ryuu’s spiritual fire power, and thus, once wielded, the bow catches on fire, as the arrows do the same. This allows the strike to be deadly, powerful, fast, and destructive. The bow itself is as strong as steel, letting the user use the bow as a shield or sword too.

Exodius...Is that that guy from YuGiOh that my little bro keeps kicking my ass with when we dual?

Name: Zetsumi Katami

Age: 16

Appearance: Has shoulder length brown hair that is parted in the centre, and deep brown eyes that seem to see right through you. At first glance, he is handsome, but on closer inspection, his skin has tiny wrinkles, and his stance is one of a person who has abandoned the world, a person who stands alone. He usually wears black, and his favourite clothes include a hooded jacket and a black sleeveless shirt.

Personality: Continually pushed away socially from other children, Zetsumi has learned that no one can be trusted, and he hates the world and everyone in it. He feels sorry for himself, and never takes responsibility, blaming all his mistakes on others.

Bio: Zetsumi's family moved several times during his early years in school, and as a result of that he never properly developed social skills. He has now become secrative, preffering to hide in his room then speak to anyone, and when he must go out in public, he flits from place to place, shadow to shadow, and avoids meeting other's eyes.

Weapon:
A set of finger glaives that fit over each finger individually, they are decoraded with ritualistic designs.

Name ~ Richard Fannin
Age ~ 16
Appearance ~ Richard has short, brown hair. He has bright, blue eyes that seem to blink a lot. Richard is rather short and skinny, and he wears glasses. His skin is tanned, and he prefers to wear white - most of the time. Unfortunately, he is missing his little finger on his right hand. He lost it in a little 'accident'. A lot of the time he looks weary and weak.

Personality ~ Talkative and gullible. He loves to play a video game or two, and is not into sports that much. He's a coward, a if he had the chance he would skip all the fighting. Despite this, Richard does earn a lot of friends. He does have confidence -- in most things. He loves nature.

Bio ~ Originally, Richard lived in a small town called Luton in the U.K. When he became six, however, he left England and moved to this.. new place. He has already become attached to the school, and would hate to move again. For a unknown reason, Richard absolutely loves 'worms', he keeps atleast fifty of them in his room. Every time one dies, he finds another. His mother, Jane, despises the things and attempts to kill them every once in a while. She always fails miserably. Richard and his Father, Robert, always end up laughing at her shortly afterwards. She frowns at first, but ends up laughing herself. The family have always got along with each other. There are hardly any arguments. He has pyrophobia (fear of fire).

Weapon ~ A oak staff. Vines curl around the staff, as if suffocating it. At the tip of this staff there is a glowing, blue orb that grows brighter when near an oak tree. The earth, and the plants surrounding it always seem to grow stronger. It gives them .. life.

Name: Jezabel “Jez” Mesi

Age: 16

Appearance: 5’ with waist-length blue-black hair and startling aqua eyes:

Personality: Jez’s temperament matches the ocean. At times she emits an outward of cool and calm that seems impenetrable. She seems to hide her emotions well... but then in the blink of an eye, her temper explodes like a tsunami and nothing and no one better stand in her way. She’s very intelligent, but doesn’t care all that much to apply herself, finding it much more amusing to be a sarcastic smartass in class, or to skip it all together. She is very loyal to her friends and is in the habit of defending people who are unnecessarily bullied... even if she detests them.

Bio: Jez has always been a problem child. Abandoned at birth, she spent the first six years of her life in an orphanage. It wasn’t that the orphanage mistreated the children, but it was a far more clinical then caring institution. The orphanage was located by the ocean and Jez would often escape to go play by the shore, she never went back to the orphanage willingly. The orphanage was shut down after a great flood caused by a hurricane which practically tore the place apart piece by piece. The children had all been evacuated to a large warehouse nearby. When they went back to see the damage Jez had laughed. That was perhaps when they were trying to find people to take the children, Jez was one of the few that didn’t get adopted. She didn’t act appropriately frightened. She was passed on to foster parents. Jez actually cared for them and they for her… they were considering adoption, but died in a car accident after a drunk driver collided with them… She didn’t cry at their funeral. Jez never liked for people to see her in pain or upset. It was another reason, she was simply passed on to foster home after foster home. Some were good, but others were very very bad, abusively so. It became a game to see how quickly they’d get rid of her. Sometimes it would be months, other times weeks, and once after a single day. When she was thirteen she was passed on to a worse set of foster parents. Both of them liked to smack her around a lot, the man in particular. After getting punched in the face, Jez grew angry enough and attacked back. She had always been small for her age, so it was over quickly and ended up so that Jez was in the hospital. According to the report, she had “fallen down the stairs.” Since the authorities seemed to buy that story, no matter what Jez said… after all, she was on record for being a complete pain in the ass to other foster parents, she decided to take action into her own hand. When she returned from the hospital, she knew she was in for the beating of her life… but also that her foster parents couldn’t afford to have her going back so quickly… so that night, Jez went into their room and exacted justice on her foster father while he was sleeping. Justice came in the form a garden brick and he was the one that ended up in the hospital this time. The woman immediately sent Jez away, just what she had wanted, but she was also in a little bit of trouble for the assault. At least she was a minor. She served six months in a juvie hall and when she was out she was passed on to another set of foster parents. This time though, they were perfectly nice normal people, with far too much sympathy for a brat like Jez. She didn’t trust it. No matter what she did though, they were understanding about it… and Jez did a lot. She stayed out late, acted out in school, yelled at her foster parents. Tried all of the usual things to make them send her back… but they didn’t. They even bought her an aquarium with tropical fish to remind her of the ocean. Seeing that they weren’t going to get rid of her, no matter what she did, Jez calmed down some. This isn’t to say she stopped acting out completely, she’d still squabble with them… and her foster mother was appalled when she went out and got a tattoo on her back. She left it alone though when Jez said it was important to her. It was a symbol that she’d been dreaming about. Something that reminded her of water. Jez has been with the same family and the same school for the past two years, having a much more normal and static life. She still doesn’t completely trust it, but has settled in and gained a few friends. Though she stays away from any after school athletic activity, Jez swims all the time on her own. She also takes kickboxing… and pestered a local magician into teaching her knife throwing.

Weapon: Jez has gained something of a knife collection, ranging from switch blades to small thin aerodynamic throwing knives. Each one is black and silver with a design etched into it like the tattoo on her back. She got her first knife just for fun and loved it so much, she had more made. Given the fact that she is so small and light, even though her kickboxing skills are excellent, it was just more in her favor that she had weapons that she could use from a distance and with the design on them she feels more intone to it. She is very accurate with her throwing knives.

Personality: Seth is a boy that usually keeps to himself and tends to adventure a lot. He's brave and cocky at the same time.

Bio: Seth was a spunky, energetic kid growing up in his hometown of New York City. His parents were also quite rich.Seth grew up with his parents until he was at age 9. His mother died of an unknown cancer that couldn't be cured. His father was rarely ever seen at home, and because of that Seth decided to run away. He has made few friends and has been a wanderer for a long time. He now seeks for something to do in his life.

Name: Chaos Valentine (Yes, i will be playing as a guy, so shush XP)

Age: 17

Appearance: Both eyes are a aquamarine color, flecks of blue within them, making them resemble even more to the color of the ocean. His skin is slightly pale, small toned muscles but not very visible though due to the fact he never shows them off and again they're not that visible. Chaos's hair is a strange color, a dark silver, grey at most but not entirely, going down to his shoulders (think of Riku's hairstyle). Personality: Chaos is usually the silent type, he looks very anti-social and such by other people's point of views. But he really isn't, sure at times he can be cold-hearted. Though on the inside he is quite the contrary, although he goes through a battle against the Darkness inside his Heart everyday, his good side shines through at times though not always. Chaos is very protective of his friends, and when confronted about it, he will deny it all the way, afraid of appearing as a softy to others besides his friends.

Bio: Chaos didn't exactly live the fairy tale, happy family life, then again, who did? His parent's never at home, always off on a so-called 'buisness trip'. As time passed his attitude started changing from a sweet little boy to a cold-hearted one. He also devolped a habit of drawing, expressing his emotiones through them inside of screaming them out or as some other people do, fight them out.

Weapon: Lithium Jackal *points down to piccy* Once spun around it can exhume a mist of toxic fumes, the blades capable of slicing through bones and any such object, delivering a clean blow everytime.

Spirit: A black cat, small silver streaks running along it's face on both sides. It's right ear jagged, while the other is curved. The cat's eyes are a silver color, adding to the streaks on his face.

Personality: shy, kind, always tries to help others, caring

Bio: Kelly, is the nicest person you could meet. She'd always go out of her way to help ssomeone in need. Even if it ment putting herself in danger. As long as everyone was happy and healthy, she'd be happy. She doesn't see much of her parents. They're always out, but Kelly's alright with that. Kelly just sits at home, and she likes to sgin for fun. But despite her being this nice, she doesn't have any friends. Most of the people she talks to think she's odd just being this nice. But she can't help it. That's just who she is. So she just smiles and walks it off.

Although, she'd really like to meet a friend of two. She keeps these feelings deep down. She doesn't want anyone to worry about her. She just wants everyone to be happy.

And maybe she'd like to........to experience love........for the first time........
