This RP is based upon the latest adventure game: Fahrenheit. Although the opening is the same, the continuation of the RP will be completely new. and be aware .... the following post is extremely long ..... :->

Fahrenheit: The RP

My name is Lucas Kane. What I am about to tell you is the beginning of my story. A story where an ordinary guy experiences something extraordinary. My story begins in New York, the city destiny chose as the the chessboard for a final game.

It all began in Doc's Diner on a cold february night in the year 2009. The first thing I remember is the time that I ... woke up. I was sitting over a body with 3 clean cuts. I held the murder weapon, a steak knife, in my hands. I stood up and stumbled back mumbling: "What have I done." But now I'm getting ahead of myself. This is what I remember from after I had a small blackout. I was still sitting in my seat, but I wasn't looking through my eyes. I somehow was looking down on myself. But then I saw myself picking up the knife. A man passed me, heading towards the toilet. I stood up and followed him inside. I stumbled to a toilet and closed the door. I rolled up my sleeves and started carving this 2 headed snake into my arms flesh. But then it started. Images in my head of a cloaked person doing the exact same thing as me, almost as if he was controlling my body. I tried to stop myself but I had no control what so ever. The man walked away from the toilet and he now stood at the sink. That was when I opened the door...

Lucas stood up from the toilet. His eyes nearly completely rolled back into his head as he stumbled slowly towards the man. The man noticed Lucas in the mirror before him. He turned around trying to stop him but it was to late. The knife pierced through the mans flesh. He fell on the ground and he grabbed his chest in despair. The pain was immense and intolerable. Lucas fell down on his knees, with the man between them. Then he admitted two more cuts. After a slow and painful death, Lucas snapped out of what appeared to be a trance and he threw the knife away. He quickly stood up and stumbled back to the toilet. "What have I done?" he said. He knew that everything was against him so he had to do something. Lucas picked up the dead body and dragged it to a toilet. After placing the body out of sight, he closed the door hiding the most important piece of evidence. Lucas then picked up a mop and mopped up the puddle of blood on the ground. A pain surged through his arm as he putted away the mop. He looked at his arms and saw the snake carved into it. He rushed over to the sink and washed up his arm before he blew it dry. He putted down his sleeves and looked around to see if he forgot anything. "Yeah, I'm going to take a wee before I go home." Lucas heard a voice from the diner, a voice he recognized. It was a cop that was in the diner!

The same event occurred all over town. Perhaps not at the same time but definitely in the same manner. What happened to those people? Were they really in a trance? But it is safe to say that they did kill those people ... or did they? Everyone else will think they did. People that never met before, people totally different will soon meet under extraordinary circumstances to experience and unusual event. Will you be one of them?

So basicly this is a whole new kind of RP. Everything you do will be independent of the other RP'ers in the beginning. But everything you do will change the course of this storyline. Both in general as everyone individually. The basic plot is there but everything else is still a blanc script. So rest assured that you will be in charge of what happens next.

For every action, there is a reaction.

So let me simplifie this. You are your character. An individual normal charackter. You have a life, a past but an unset future. Whilst you are Rp'ing, then you will write things such as: "A bus rode by right besides me, nearly touching my vest. It was 2 minutes early, and therefore I wasnt at the bus stop .. I was to late. I started running as fast as I could and luckily an old lady saw me. She stopped the bus from going on." So then another RP'er could pick up on this. "I was supposed to meet someone in 5 minutes. I can only get there in time if I take a bus. But it unfortunatly is 2 minutes late." So this means that that RP'er missed the appointement and this changes the outcome of that persons story.

You RP on your own, but your RP will be affected by everyone elses story .. you need to read the others posts carefully and pick up on a few things like in the example ...

PS: confused?? Heres a little more information.

In Fahrenheit, you play as both Lucas Kane as the 2 police officers that chase after him. You need to make descisions and every descision you make affects the other sides possibilities. If you hide something, then the others cant fins it. If they do, then they think the same as they would have if you hadnt hidden it but they would be more suspicious.
