The One Winged Angel's Return

((My first rp so please don't flame))

Sephiroth was defeated by Cloud 15 years ago. Though his body was destroyed, his vengeful spirit remained. His fame stripped from him, he wanted his revenge but he waited.
For 15 years he waited for Cloud to die so he could rise up and cause a new reign of terror.
And his time came. Cloud was killed in a fierce battle so Sephiroth was free to begin.
But there were some who had heard rumours and prepared for a great war.
Now Sephiroth has one final task before world domination: take out any that stood in his way.

Heres how the rules go:
1)Absolutely NO named characters from the game (ie Tifa, Barret etc.) Make up your own!
2)No god-modding, powerplaying or people killing
3)Strict PG-13
4)"Its a game about a war, not a war about a game" (what i mean is have fun and try not to argue)

Wepon:Uses firespells and holds two swords as big as Clouds and six dagers whitch are straped to his belt.

yro canon:Basicly a jet of fire that comes out of his hands. and Flare meteor:2 huge meteors come down from the sky and hit th oponment.

Vergil sat and looked in disbelief at the note he had recieved. The legendary ex-SOLDIER had died. Cloud.
"Geez...i can't believe it...Cloud. I would have thought he had a few more years in him but i guess not. This may get worse since the best soldier of Midgar has died. It even says here people from all over the world has been invited."
Vergil lay down and fell asleep. He had a nightmare about the ending of the world and the return of a legendary hero, or one that had been. Vergil did not see much, only a large sword by his side. So large in fact it was about two times the persons own size.

Chaos sat on the chair, waiting for his apprentice to arrive with the bounty. When he did, the apprentice said, "Your visitor, sir." Chaos leaned forward. "So.... I understand you're wanted throughout the world." Chaos said. "Well, I have a deal with ShinRa.... That I'd have your head by the day after tommorow." Chaos said, bluntly. The visitor started paniking, and he ran for the door. Chaos stood up, and threw something at the visitor. It stuck to the visitors clothes... For it was a tracking device. He smiled and said, "That one billion Gil is mine."

He jumped down and started walking around town just to find somthing to do.

He gave him a small leaflet and walked away.

Chaos decided that now was a good time to follow his next victim. He went outside, and looked at his watch. The was a red dot running off. Chaos followed it. When Chaos was close enough, he took out his gun. He stopped running for better aim, and fired a shot. It hit the person right next to his heart- A fatal shot. Chaos walked up to him. "This is what you get when you kill my best friend." Chaos said. Chaos did an ID Scan and indeed it was. His name was Jacoby Majellan. Better known as Cloud's attempted murderer. And Tifa's killer, as well. "Your bloodlust just ended." Chaos said, as Jacoby died. Chaos walked off.

He got up slowly and looked again at the leaflet. The funeral. It was tomorrow.

He grabbed 5000 gil and walked out of his door.

OOC: Sure why not. I suggest you start at Midgar for reasons about the funeral date. Ill start u off with this. Just start when you come up to this guy and ask him wats wrong.

The same man that had bumped into Wraith was now looking for another person called Blazea. He had been called to Midgar for the funeral and this leaflet had details.
He desperatly sat on a bench and phoned his employer.
