Tournament of the Final Eclipse ( Yu-Gi-Oh RP)

Yes, this is a YGO rp. You have something against it, don't join it. Personally I think YGO makes you think... somewhat, and I think its cool and the art on the cards are pretty impressive... most of the time. So let's get a storyline or something going, shall we?

Plot:

It has been four years since the final events in the life of Yugi took place. He travelled back in time, found out about the Pharaoh's past, and sorted everything out. Afterwards, he and the others moved on to a better life. Everything was at peace...

... Or so it seemed.

A new Duelist has appeared on the scene. His name is Kairon, Kairon Takamarrei. He is a champion himself, some say, even greater than Yugi. He had never dueled Yugi namely because he was doing other things at the time, or considered those things they were doing underneath him.

He also has a dark dark secret of his own though....

He is the holder of the Millenium Magic Book, the item RESPONSIBLE for spawning the Millienium Items.

Now, he is calling out all Duelist, as he opens up his own tournament:


TOURNAMENT OF THE FINAL ECLIPSE

He wants to find out for sure that he is the best, and along the way, plans to have some fun with the duelist, and steal their souls, so he can create his own Millenium Items, or mayhaps gain those carried by others.

First though, the duelist have to actually get to his tournament, at the "Castle in the Sky" a Dueling Arena in Outer Space. To get there one has to get to the Nega-Dex Teleport site, where you will be teleported to the Space Station.

Before that though, you have to gather five Serinium Crystals, to power the teleporter enough for one person (you). To get those crystals, you have to do five duels. In these duels, if you win, it is alot like Battle City, you get their rarest card and their crystal, or crystals if they wager more than one.

Appearance:

Personality: He is a very calm individual, much like Dartz, except not quite as Psychotic. Very, dangerously intelligent, not to be underestimated.

Bio: He received his first Duel Monsters card when he was five, at an Orphanage that he lived at. It was his favorite card, Wicked God - Dreadroot. Ever since, he started building a deck, that grew in power slowly. At the age of seven, he received the Millenium Magic Book, from an individual that to this day he does not know the identity of.

He started learning from the MM Book, and learned its spells, and the history, and the spirit inside. It now converses with him and comes out when he needs it too, its name is also Kairon (no surprise there). He started winning tournament after tournament and built up his collection and money, and now is even richer than Seto Kaiba.

Personality: Friendly, but serious if a friend is in danger, while dueling he'll either joke around or be dead serious (he goes in and out)
Bio: He's been dueling since he was very young. He never really competed in any tournaments before. And for a long time he put his duel deck away, and stopped playing for about three years. Zack was the best in his neighbourhood and was always willing to help out newbies. Zack has also watched Yugi's progress though his adventures along with Yugi's friends and has admired their determination and dueling ablitlities. And now, with the recent announcement of the Final Eclipse tournament, he said, 'Hey what the heck? This could really be fun.' While Zack prepared for the tournament a strange package arrived the day of registration. Inside was the Millenium Key and a note saying that Zack might need this.

Bio: Born to a very wealthy family.He got his first card when he was 6 but didnt get into the game until he was 10.He has lost very few times in the five years that he has been dueling.He saw the duel between Yugi and Kaiba and one day wanted to be as good as them.So he jumped at the chance to enter this Tournument.
