Okay you can be a oringil charter just so you know they will be very old or make your own . It is 20 years after street fighter 3 and their is a new tonament held by a annatomus in america. Will you win?Okay this is how we are going to do it people will loose to others but they are not of the story.They will be fighting like assains and stuff.

Fighting style: exactly like Ryus but more of street fighting.
Appeance:blonde hair with black tips,long black shorts,short black vest ,white t shirt sometimes wheres long white shirt,black finger less gloves,black and white shoes.
Personality: kind and sarcastick acts as though he has no care in the world.
Bio: Trained under Ryu since he was young was raied by Ryu sees Ryu as Father because he is an orphan.

Rules No killing
romance allowed
no undeafetilble charaters
be desritive in fighting.
I want about 6 people at max so be quick o and that doents inculde the origial charaters.

Personality: likes to show off sometimes but gets serious when needs to, will show off mostly in front of girls [sort of like ken when you think about it]
Bio: at the age of 15 he started to travel around the world and didn't know what to do with his life, when he saw ryu fighting someone in a alleyway, he then realsied what was missing, that he needed to become a street fighter, he then trained under ryu, and ken whenever he would visit

He walks to the tourtament area and found a man like Ryu and decided to walk up to him. "Hey have you seen this girl? He pick a picture out of his pocket showing a picture of a young woman about 18 or 20 that had crystal blue eyes a school uniform like Sakura's and med-length light brown hair.
