anyone for a Halo rp?

is anybody interested in a Halo rp? I've been thinking about doing one for awile and I just wanted to see if there was more people out there who wanted to do one. if we get enough people, i'll start a sigh-up thread. i would also be interested in any ideas you guys could put forth as far as story goes. here's hoping we get enough people(chugs a dr. pepper).

I'm interested, but I don't much about Halo except you fight against an alien race called the covenant, and at one point the flood.

Well, it depends on how it's implemented. Shooting, shooting, shooting, some driving, and more shooting isn't going to be a lot of fun, for example.

Well the narrative in Halo is actually quite deep. Just look at the novels. A story about the aftermath of Halo 3 would be cool like maybe they start a new spartan program because of some new threat.

LOL RVB is pretty funny. I don't see why humor couldn't be in it, along with a cool sci fi story and action.

Oh what the hell, it's over a year old, it shouldn't have to be spoilers.

You know the planet that the Chief, Cortana and the Dawn are falling towards? I dunno, something involving that, while bringing together the elements of the novels such as the Spartan Grey Team and the group at Onyx might prove interesting.

EDIT: Also, came up with some ideas while I was away. I think I've got some pretty neat ideas for a Halo RP, which also deals with the Precursors and would allow for more interesting environments, technologies and dangers.

A Halo RP does sound interesting, my inner Halo fanboy is beginning to emerge but my rationally is much stronger. I just don't see how a Halo RP could be done properly. It seems odd to me to write about the shooting and whatnot, but if your going to do one I'd rather not have super solider Spartans. Heli-jumpers (ODSTs) seem more realistic, as realistic as Halo is going to get, and more challenging to write about.

Halo RP? Well I don't have much Halo experience. I mean I have played it once at this camp ground I went to. But I don't have a Xbox 360. But I have watched a lot of Red vs Blue episodes. So maybe I might join on this. But just how are we gonna set this up? Fight other people who are like us just like in Red vs Blue or just aliens?

I think RPing as ODST's and Spartans would not be that much different. like lets say you have a brute trying to kill you with a spiker. and you have a assault rifle. They both would do the same thing. It's just that the spartan would be more badass doing it

Not necessarily Keyblader. If you've seen the preview for the Halo Anime an ODST was falling into a waterfall of sorts, and he saw a Spartan taking on a low rank Chieftain. The Spartan performed intense acrobatics, while prior to the ODST falling he was assaulted by the Chieftain and was knocked down in one hit. I really think an ODST experience would be much better, Halo 3: ODST was a lot more fun than the other Halos because you know you can't go Rambo on them.
